This little coffee shop is slightly hard to find, so lots of people are unaware it even exists! Consequently, it’s rarely busy and you hardly ever need to wait more than a moment when placing your order. The inside is unusually well decorated for a coffee shop, very cozy, and absolutely spotless.

Being from Minnesota and going to college in Menomonie I did not expect this Caribou to be this great, I was amazed at the attentive and friendly service at this location, and the beverages here taste just as good if not sometimes much better than the Twin Cities Caribou locations. Especially the Caramel High-Rise Cooler I had which tasted great, the entire cup was perfectly filled too as some other locations leave the 1/3rd of the cup just with whip, no this location is very generous with the portion size. Finally, this place makes me feel like I am near home, and it is not very crowded either. Overall, probably the best Caribou location I have been to in a long time.

Ordered at the drive thru, two different drinks, when I got my order I asked for clarification on which drink was which. The barista turned away from me, sighed, turned back and said they were the same like I ordered. I advised the drinks were supposed to be different however, due to time, I could not wait for a new order. Luckily, I don’t have any actual allergies that made this an issue but what is disappointing, is the both my drinks were maybe half full in the cup. Foam overtook half of the cup. Not impressed.

The breakfast has really went downhill since they part with Einstein bagels. Every bakery item I get is stale and the sandwiches are not good. It’s disappointing. I do still enjoy the coffee.

My husband and I go to Caribou every day. I absolutely LOVE everyone that works there! They are so friendly and you cannot beat the customer service they provide. The coffee is pretty fabulous too. I would never go anywhere else.

Unfortunately, this location tends to be off brand from a professionalism perspective. The staff are loud, having personal conversations behind the counter that seemingly bleed through your headphones. I couldn’t imagine those topics would be appropriate if their manager were on site. Based on other Caribou Coffee location experiences I have had, this definitely falls short of the standard. There’s a newer location right down the road, head there if you’re looking to have a more predictable atmosphere.

This Caribou Coffee is a favorite stop for my family on the road between Madison and the Twin Cities. Located just off the highway, it is a convenient stop for good coffee and snacks when we travel. Outside of the routine fast food restaurants, it is one of the few places where you can get quality coffee on this stretch of 94, so it is good to keep it in mind. There is adequate parking plus drive through service. The staff are always friendly and courteous and, if the family canine is traveling with you, they will also cheerfully offer you a dog treat at the drive through as well!

Wanted just an iced coffee and the clerk didn’t know what I was talking about. Middle of the day and they didn’t have any dark roast coffee made. She entered my phone number for the points and when I asked to pay with my Caribou card, she scanned the app again. The she said that the “card was locked” and it wouldn’t work. Yes, because you already had my account open.. Left frustrated with no coffee.
