So good drinks! Will definitely return here again if I want Starbucks whenever I’m in Winter Park!

Great Starbucks, and friendly staff, though staff is seasonal as would be expected. This Starbucks now takes the Starbucks app along with its rewards program; I don’t think they did so in the past so that’s a nice addition. Great for post skiing/ hiking, and generally a Starbucks store like any other, in the good ways.

I had Starbucks in the winter park area and I love that they are consistently good especially on a really cold day. I had a white chocolate mocha with extra whipped cream and it was so good! The restaurant was a little smaller than most but there were a few tables if needed for seating.

I was just here and I ordered a chocolate shaken espresso. When I received it, there was still a ton of chocolate powder at the bottom and obviously not shaken. I brought my drink back to the counter and kindly asked for them to shake it. She replied with “we have sticks” and then poured my drink into another cup and “shook” it. There was still the pile of chocolate in when she rudely threw it on the counter. Very offended by the service here by the lady making drinks.

Nice Starbucks! Friendly staff but there can sometimes be a wait. We stop here often on ski trips as it’s right by the Gondola. Limited seating inside, but some outdoor seating for nice days as well.

Hot chocolate from here now twice and neither time was it actually hot, second time I even asked for it to be extra hot and it was still just warm. My wife’s coffee drink was also warm and not hot. At a ski resort and looking for a hot drink this may not be your place.

Great place to get a warm beverage after a long day on the slopes. The staff is very friendly even with the lines are long and filled with impatient people. The store is clean and well managed. Make sure to check hours before visiting as they are not a corporate store. Overall, great place!

Fairly convenient location for a coffee or hot cocoa for the kids after a day on the slopes. It is fairly close to the gondola and ski school/lift ticket booth, and also close to the bus stop if you need to transfer to one of the parking lots. Also nice and warm inside. Main drawback is that like most Starbucks it can get busy and is fairly slow. Expect to wait 20 minutes to get your order.

Great customer service! They were almost closed but weren’t upset at us for coming in for some last minute coffees! Drinks were good and familiar, but customer service is what will keep me returning here!

Staff was cranky but it was the end of the day so we’ll chalk it up to that. We couldn’t get blended drinks for unknown reasons. Overall, not my favorite Starbucks experience.
