Went in there for the first time because my friend got a sandwich last time and it was good so I wanted to get one myself, first of all the enterence and the store itself is cold and the ordering spot is far away in the corner and all cramped up.also I wanted to order a Buffalo sandwich and then figured I’d tell them while they make it for no blue cheese since I saw other customers ordering and making adjustments to their sandwiches in front of them but after a bit the sandwich was already packed up ready to be rung up so I couldn’t even say how I wanted it, was still good but it shouldn’t be that hot foods be done away from the customer to make adjustments. The staff all seemed to be dead and expressionless with one guy just commanding people what to do even though all he was doing was taking the order and occasionally cutting cold cuts. To summarize, Customer service and general store feeling is bad or mediocre at best, sandwich was alright 6/10. Won’t come back will be sticking to Charleys cheesesteaks.

So I was working at the building in Hauppauge where Jersey Mike’s is located, decided to get myself the number six , roast beef and provolone which I’ve had before at other location’s ,Setauket, Mohegan Sun, Selden. Thinking I probably couldn’t finish it. not sure if each location Can do there own thing? but 410 Motor Parkway gave me less meat than Subway. LMAO I’ll repeat it, less meat then subway. I got more pickles than roast beef!!! I’ll try another location just to see if that’s the corporate way now.

I was unable to place an order at this location tonight because they claimed they were closed when I walked in a little after 8:40p meanwhile their hours of operation on google and on their door states they close at 9pm. I was able to walk in and the doors weren’t even locked, a few seconds later an employee who refused to give me his name came to the front and claimed they were closed. When i asked why the doors were opened, he repeated that they were closed and usually close at 8:40p or 8:45p everyday. (It wasn’t even 8:45p yet either) I asked for a manager he said there wasn’t one and refused to provide me with the managers name when I asked for it. Horrible customer service and will never be going to this location ever again. I advise you to update your hours for accuracy on google so this inconvenience does not happen to any customer again. There were other customers trying to walk in to place an order as I was walking out as well so not only did you lose my business but also others tonight.

Something’s off. Everything you need for a great sandwich is there. Everything looks fresh; the meats, the veggies, the bread, the condiments, etc. Yet it tastes very bland, even Subway has more flavor. For the premium price I would expect an outstanding sandwich, but the flavor is just not there. It may be just me or it could be where they source their ingredients from. There’s nothing wrong with the restaurant itself, I just find it strange that a nationwide chain could sell sandwiches so bland. Again this may just be me, try it for yourself and see how it is for you.
