I had the garlic lover with chicken at the 1 level spice. I’m not usually one to have spice, so for me it was a great flavor that made me flush a bit. The dish was excellent, with fresh flavor and balanced textures with a slight crunch with the cooked garlic.

New Thai place so we immediately went to check it out. Pleasantly surprised at how busy the restaurant was, so very happy for them. I love Thai food and have to say, eat a lot of it. Could not find any good Thai food up here in Summit County except for the thai fried chicken at Birdcage which is superb. Have been cooking my own Thai food whenever i crave anything but i guess i can stop that now with Summit Thai being just up the street. Cute little restaurant, super friendly staff, very aunthentic. Will definitely be back!

Wow! Best Thai food hands down! The panang curry was especially delicious! Fast and attentive service too! My boyfriend even said this is the best panang curry he’s ever had (and he’s had many!). This will be our choice of food when we are in town!!

Very large portions and friendly staff. Nice to find authentic Thai in a mountain town. I had the Khao Soi and found it to be a little too rich for my liking, but my girlfriends thai fried rice was incredible. The Thai iced tea is also delicious.

Summit Thai just made my list of places to frequent. It was worth driving down from Breck to get a very good and generous portion Thai meal. No too fancy. Just straight forward Thai done well. We ordered 7 items for the six of us and everyone was very happy…from my teen boys to my 80+ year old parents. We all ordered the heat we wanted…some more adventurous than others. We shared an order of pot stickers…a great way to start the meal. Great service, too.

Summit Thai in Frisco, CO… is wowza good. I’ve eaten there 5 or 6 times now. Tried something different each time, and they’re hitting .1000. Should be nothing but 5 star reviews on Google. Just make sure you specify spicy level 1 (out of 5) when your server asks. I wasn’t especially fond of Thai food until I found this place. It’s been a revelation.
