This evening went to pick up my order from Mario’s & spotted a CLAM PIZZA , I asked a few question & hear from the back “ warm up a slice and let her try!” Not only was that so sweet but THE CLAM PIZZA WAS ABSOLUTELY delicious. I’m from up north so I’m very particular about my pizza & this really is UP NORTH GOOD REAL DEAL PIZZA! Plus the owner was so awesome to let me try clam slice for free! Will deff be back for a clam PIE!

I have eaten there a few times and have had fair service and the food was OK. Read some of the reviews and then realized how poor the management was. A customer is always correct. Always. A bad experience should be refunded or replaced. Always leave a good taste in the mouth of your customer. Always. I realize things get busy and you have to take customer care and complaints with a grain of salt but each one of those bad experiences should have been dealt with and made the customer happy to have done business with you. I know some people are very hard to do this with but you have to try hard. I know a place where they charge 100 per pizza and the customer can not wait to come back.

Went into Mario’s Pizza New Bern and was pleasantly surprised how quick the order was completed in light of the busy lunchtime. I tried their new Bacon Cheeseburger and walked out certain I would order it again. It was delicious. Do not hesitate to order that item even though made in a pizzeria.

First visit; placed a take-out order over the phone. Told 20 mins to pick-up. Drove 20 mins to get there, about 10 people in the place. Cashier did not write down the order when on the phone so when I arrived to pay we had to do it over again. Gives me total and I said you still missed the desserts even though you told me you would have to see if you had any tiramisu left when I got there. Waited another 20 mins once I paid. Owner brought the food to the table and said thank you. Got home, called back regarding the order and the cashier again was confused so put the owner on the phone.
