The Known
Some food is just OK. Certain food is not cooked through all the way. I’ve tried giving them a chance 3 times. Each time they have messed up my order. Greasy food, not properly bagged. However they will fix your order after you have to drive back up their with a waste of gas and nothing in return for your time and money. I’ll pass. Enjoy!

Had the vegetable plate and added a side of corn. Great after a 12hr shift!! Go there 3 times a week. Variety of choices on the menu so it never gets old. Great customer service experience!!

We have been eating here for a while now and everything is always great. The girls working in there are very friendly and nice. The food is always fresh and I would put their burgers up against anyones around. Thanks for the great service in an area that doesn’t have anything to choose from for short order take out.

Placed my order for a BLT and fries. Several people came in after I did. They got their food. After 30 minutes of waiting, the rest of my party had already gotten and eaten their food, I asked about my food. The response : we are out of bacon. So I then asked for a hamburger. At that point I felt that my order should have been placed before the others. It was not. I am still waiting, 45 minutes later. Oh, and my daughter bought and paid for a bacon CB, it came without bacon.

The workers are great here! They work hard and never complain! If you want a good milkshake you should definitely come here. They have an amazing hamburger steak! I normally get a pizza which is normally on point! I recommend coming here!

I just sat down to eat my burger. My order is wrong. It is covered in onions as well as burnt.. I have the receipt that says mayo, lettuce and tomato. My wife had a chicken sandwich with mayo, lettuce and tomato. What do you know they put onions on it. I would normally pick them off, but it is covered. Even if I caught that my order was wrong I could not have gotten another burger due to them being out of pretty much everything. I would put a picture, but it will not allow it.

I went to place an order today and was put on hold for over 4 minutes. I decided to stop by instead. Maybe they were busy, I thought. When I walked inside there was 1 ticket in the window. I placed my order, waited and went home. When I finally got home, I realized they forgot to put my fries in the bag. I drove all the way back and asked about my fries. The cook was friendly, but the cashier seemed aloof during the entire process. A cold cheeseburger is never as good as a fresh cheeseburger. I ate half of my burger cold tonight.

Worst experience ever with any place getting food. I called my order in twice, a Man, that I recognized as one of the owners took my order twice! Get there to pick it up and they not only Don’t have an order for me, but didn’t offer to take it then. Said they have no clue what was going on, but the fact they seemed very prepared to dismiss me tells me otherwise. I will never be back!
