Casual dining spot serving iron chef morimoto’s ramen and roll creations. The tonkutsu broth was packed with complex flavor and the ramen was still springy and slightly firm, a very nice texture. Ajitama was spot on but the chasu I felt was dry and lacked flavor. The softshell bao was delicious, could eat at least four but my waistline and wallet would complain. Happy hr means you should definitely get one of the cocktails and for sure the chicken karaage. It was delicously tender, came with a umami sauce and definitely worth the happy hr price. I thought the duck fat fries were well done except they brought it towards the end of the meal and we were almost full. I think they forgot to put that in and I had to remind them

Great stop to go before a Sounders game. Happy hour 5-7 daily. Good selection of ramen, sushi and a full bar, including sake flights. Reservations accepted! Friendly service, but with a full house, service levels diminish. Two entrances, no on-site restrooms (shared restrooms with other building tenants)

Few things make me happier than eating at one of Morimoto’s restaurants. I love the pork buns and the ramen a lot. Rich, flavorful broth makes this experience outstanding. The people working here are always very nice.

The food was mouthwatering! The house rosé was a perfect pair with the salmon avocado roll. My partner’s ramen was delicious as well. Our waitress was so kind, I am so happy I got to experience this place!!!

Modern chill place to hang out in the afternoon and the food is excellent. The soft shelled crab bao was so delicious! Salmon carpaccio and spicy vegan ramen was perfect as well. I would definitely go back and recommend this to anyone looking for new place to try out. We had a late lunch so the place was not busy but I can see how it can easy fill up. My friend had a margarita and an old fashioned so they have a full bar as well as good food.

Holy moly, the ramen here is pretty good! Coming from several years spent living near Nagahama in Fukuoka and eating the original – literally – tonkotsu ramen, Momosan did a pretty spot-on job of serving the tonkotsu ramen i used to eat in Fukuoka. Other dishes like karaage and seaweed salad are nice, but you really need to go for the ramen at this restaurant. Stylishly decorated inside, and there are two levels of seating areas too. Right across the street from the Uwajimaya/Kinokuniya combo location on 5th. Parking is all street and parking meters. Highly recommended!

Delicious food we loved everything. But the Brussel sprouts were are our favorites. The fried chicken was OK but other things were so good we likely wouldn’t order it again. The old fashioned was very good. The stuff and turf roll was excellent. The salmon taco were so good.

This place used to be so good when it opened… What. Happened. We came on a Saturday night with reservations and the restaurant was weirdly empty, I guess we should have taken the hint. They seemed incredibly short staffed for a weekend and our table had to wait almost a half hour for sporadic drinks to come out. Once I got my yuzu margarita there was a fly floating right on top of it and I had to send it back. No one received their entrees at the same time and we just had to stare at each other eat or wait until they got their own food. I ordered the tsukemen and was incredibly disappointed. The broth it came with tasted pretty close to water, there was zero umami or savoriness you’d expect out of a dipping sauce. It’s a shame because I remember this place being so good before the pandemic, Morimoto please come back and fix your restaurant.
