Was not satisfied. Chow mein was dry, as was the sweet and sour sauce. Tasted as if it had been sitting there for hours. Was not fresh at all. I ordered a side order of jalapeno chicken and that was actually very good. I had no complaints with that. The spice was just right and so we’re the veggies in it. Lemonade was water down. Will only go back for the jalapeno chicken.

Food was mushy and everything over cooked. The chicken smelled a little like dog food. Overall not worth the 13 bucks. I don’t usually throw food out but I’m sure if I kept eating it woulda came crawling right back out.

This Restaurant customer service is Horrible and im still really upset about it. I visited with my Kids in Boulevard mall and was treated horribly. I work customer service so I know what it takes to run a business and the way you guys are handling your customer satisfaction is not right at all. I spent $18 with your restaurant. I ordered 3 kids meals and it was close to closing so the food was cold and not good. My kids wouldn’t eat it. We returned the food and even offered to pay for half the meals. I took my complaint calmly and quietly to management and they told me no one had a complaint but me. and They could not offer me a refund. My feelings and money was just disregarded. If you can, dine somewhere else. I’ll keep reaching out until I get justice. Wendy’s even has managers that reach out the right way. Not this Business

Very disappointing.. It was edible to say the least. My beef and brocolli had chicken. The beef in my spicy beef entree was almost non existant (mostly peppers and onion). Remember when Smith’s used to sell cheap chinese food out of a deli? This is worse. They should change the name to Subpar Chinese Express. I ordered it on Uber eats. Should’ve reviewed it first. I was very sad after eating this.

Make sure you count your change as the people at the register will try to cheat you. I was suppose to be given $9 and was only given $6. Didn’t make a big deal about it, because I would have given the other $3 as tip. I agree with other people though, the food is horrible. Makes you sick to stomach. I ate about 1/4 of food and just trashed rest.

I asked for a bowl, lady said, no bowls so ima have to charge you an entree … really.. u couldnt use ur entree tray and charge me a bowl? . i went on a sunday at 5pm, there was warm left overs, she served me alot of rice but 6 pieces of the spicy chicken. with a large drink, came out to $9 ..NOT WORTH IT AT ALL.

Horrible service. The Hispanic lady, who’s a manager took my order. I tried two different meats told her my choice but she only filled my place with rice and a side. When I tried to call the phone wasn’t working so I had to drive all the way back to the mall to tell her. When I got there she was very defensive and acted like I told her no meat. Very rude. Never again.
