Kind of disappointing order we just got. We normally order a mega bag of chips and get a giant ziploc of them. I guess they changed what’s considered mega and it just comes with a few extra chips in the same paper bag as a small side.

Very good customer service. As all other Tijuana flats we’ve been in, the decor is very personalized and very funny. Food was great. We greatly enjoyed our few minutes there before heading out to the hockey game.

I came at around 7 in the afternoon. The sign on top was not lit. That section where the restaurant was a little dark mostly because of the surrounding business. I think they are the daytime businesses, and now they are closed for the day

First time eating at this restaurant, my wife and I were very pleased by the entire experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I love the hot sauce bar, there were around 14-15 different sauces to try and you can buy larger amounts if you like it. The cheese sauce for the nacho chips was also well above par. I wish we had this chain up in Canada.

The fresh food speaks for itself so today I’m writing about the two young ladies working right now. Stephanie and Cassidy are ‘workers’ and their teamwork shows! A big group of men left and within seconds they had everything cleaned up, tables wiped down and were left a tip! I think thats great, plus their personalities make this location one of my favorites. Kudos to the chefs, always delicious. My favorite the crunchy, black bean taco with everything, so fresh and filling. Thank you Flats for existing.

I ordered a chicken chimichanga with refried beans and rice inside. The chicken wasn’t added. They offered to redo my order. I drove all the way back and they made the exact same order without chicken AGAIN…smh!!! I’m so upset. I’m done!!!! Still hungry and very disappointed.

3/1 ordered dinner for delivery from Uber eats. The food is delivered, labels on packages match our order. The food inside the packaging does not. If we ate meat this might have not been such a big deal. I call the restaurant to get the proper order. They tell me I can bring the food back and get the correct food or get a credit next time we come in. I ask them to make the food and have it ready as it was almost time for them to close. I arrive to pick up the food and the girl behind the counter is rude. Snatches the food out of my hands and hands me the what is supposed to be correct food. I’m glad I checked the food before driving home. I go back into the store to have them correct it. The girl is again rude like I’m inconveniencing her by interrupting a conversation with a coworker that was obviously not work related.
