I think this was my last visit to El Pollo Loco. Last several times I went to the drive-through. I wasn’t given any utensils to eat my salad. This time there was a spoon in the taco box, wondering why. But mainly the last several times the salad has had that bagged salad taste, with all the core of the lettuce and none of the green, leafy lettuce. At least several times in a row. What are you doing with the green leafy lettuce? Doesn’t belong in the salad. I’ve also had several orders of macaroni and cheese that were only 3/4 of the way filled. Why is that? Your chicken has a very chemically smell to it, not like seasoning, but more like it came from a chemical plant.

I just ordered at $10 Chipotle chicken avocado burrito, and there might have been 3 little pieces of chicken in the entire burrito! It was all rice and some beans. Absolutely ridiculous how much they charge for the poor quality and lack of ingredients they serve. This location should really go out of business. Clearly the owner doesn’t care based on all the other poor reviews without any sort of response.

It’s easily the worst El Pollo loco I’ve ever been to. They can’t get anything right. They either mess up your order or it takes forever or both. And if you try ordering curbside forget it they’ll just ignore you. I tried multiple times and each and every time I’ve eventually had to go through the drive-thru to wonder where my food is. It’s already made and when I get home it’s terrible. it’s been sitting there for 20 minutes while you try to be a good person and wait patiently. Don’t go here. Over the last two years I’ve tried it a few times and it is terrible every single time. The food is okay if you can get it made correctly and you can get it on time

It’s very nice to go to a restaurant that gives you the option to have something other than a burger & fries. The grilled chicken is monitored – timed to perfection. Side orders range from a fresh lettuce salad, corn, baked beans and much more. I found the staff helpful, polite with food brought to you in a timely fashion. Consider this to be a place to get fast home made delicious food for your palette. The chips are made there & in a word Delicious. The condiments are essentially addictive.

I ordered in drive thru. The place was alone, no more cars. The lady who took my order was not nice, I asked her if I could do a separate order and she said they only take one order in drive thru, I asked again and told her there were no cars. She said no. I understand a second order takes time but there were no more costumers.
