Cancro Special
Provolone, roast beef and pepperoni. In the summer of ’74, the Pepsi delivery man requested a curious combination of provolone, roast beef, and pepperoni. Peter Cancro’s brother, John, liked the sandwich so much, he gave it the family name and a menu spot of its own.

I decided to place an online order because I was running late to work and still needed to eat. It turned out to be a dreadful mistake. I usually have no problems with this location, but I had to wait an extra 20 minutes on top of the “ready” time I got from the app. The staff were indifferent. I felt undervalued, and I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone after this experience. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because there was an employee on shift who was making the environment more friendly, and the place was pretty clean. Maybe they just need to develop a new way of handling online and in-person orders.

I came in tonight with my daughter and was absolutely appalled at how one of the employees was speaking to both the customers and her fellow employees. She was rude, demeaning, and had horrible customer service. I usually love coming here, but after this experience I think I’ll go somewhere else. I asked one of the other employees what her name was before we left & apparently it’s Aurora… management needs to handle this issue before she shines a bad light on this location.

My first time in Jersey Mike’s. I ordered a large club sandwich. It was good but surely not 17 dollars worth. The Chinese restaurant in the same shopping center costs less than that for a 2 meat dinner. Pizza Hut, less than that for a large pizza. I’ll be going to one of these from now on.

One guy there always takes great care of the people who order ahead online. Really appreciate him helping us not wait on the really slow line customers taking forever to decide in store. However, only reason left 3 stars is because they almost never make the Big Kahuna right. Not that it tastes bad but to leave off ingredients nearly always when it cost more than 17$ for a giant size is irritating
