Fully found a HAIR (blonde which none of us are so it was definitely from the servers) as soon as we opened the bowl. The portions were also a joke. Filing a complaint for a refund since none of us felt comfortable eating HAIR FOOD but they are just terrible with customer service as well. This is by far the worst location avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!

Hands down my favorite CAVA location. Tried and true location, the staff here are IMPECCABLY kind and courteous. The location is rarely out of any ingredient, and the food is (in my opinion) some of the freshest of the CAVA brand. The location in mosaic is fabulous, and the new (as of 2020) 15 minute parking spots right outside make it so easy to pick up food. I’ve never once had an issue with an online order, and the one time I came in and my order wasn’t ready, the kind cashier operater gave me a free drink – so considerate!!! If you are looking for fast casual in Mosaic, this CAVA should be your stop.

Loved the freshness of the veggies. You love your salad when you can smell the ingredients and enjoy it more when the taste is no where close to the regular Mediterranean food you have been eating so far. Soft falafels n the rich hummus experience wants me to visits this place again and again and yet again. Thanks for the quality & an appealing ambience !

My boyfriend and I order Cava from Mosaic District about once a week as we are huge fans. However, two nights ago we found a wheel of a toy car in one of our bowls… an actual toy car wheel attached to a metal rod. Thankfully we found it before it was swallowed or bitten down on, but again, this was a sharp metal rod with a WHEEL on it. Insane. We called the store to notify them and they wanted to assure us that nobody there had any toy cars there. This whole thing would be comical if it wasn’t potentially dangerous. We sent an email with photos to customer service and they offered us a refund. Not sure what else we should have expected, given the strangeness of the situation, but it is safe to say we will no longer be customers of Cava, certainly not the Mosaic location. Beware of weird objects in your food, or who knows what else!

Been a while since I was at this location. First off, they barely give you any food. Asked for more rice and the lady gave me a teaspoon more. The food was cold and they were not friendly. My bowl was maybe half full all for $13.00. Don’t bother.

At first time I heard about that the regular portion of brown rice have a price now. They charge me for rice. And man who was served me said this rules come to this place about one month ago. Today I get a rice at another CAVA for free, they don’t charge me an additional fee.

I dined in at mosaic around a week ago, have to say most friendly group of people I’ve ever been served by, I had an amazing person named Eva helping me with my options, they didn’t rush took time, very positive atmosphere, 10/10 recommend if your looking for something cheap but very delicious, and an amazing amount of food that will satisfy I believe anyone’s hunger.
