This is the place to polish your french taste buds. The menu boasts a wide variety savory and sweet soufflé. In addition, they offer a wide variety of salad’s and wine’s to go along. The service is quick, but plan on having a relaxing and long lunch or dinner, as in France. The Soufflé’s are somewhat localized, such as Southwest Chicken or Praline pecan. The restaurant also has a small store. Go check it out.

We had the crab + cheese souffle and raspberry souffle for desert. The souffle were so good, light and fluffy and delicious! The staff were knowledgeable and helpful with their recommendations. The atmosphere was quaint but noisy, hard to have much of a conversation.

Went here for Brunch to celebrate my wife’s friend’s Birthday. Upon walking inside it transported me back to a cafe in France. The food and ambience was very nice for sure.

Marshmallow soup was delish! So was the apple pie dessert – highly recommend both. The atmosphere here is lovely and warm. Apparently, my family is not that fond of souffles. I had the jambon, and my husband had the crawfish. We found them very bland, not flavorful. Our british brother in law loved the jambon, though – he’s not very fond of spices. I hate to diss this place – it was a nice experience. If you like souffles, this is your place.

Quite literally the best meal and service I have had in over a year. The restaurant style was cute, trendy, unique and casually elegant. All of the food was plated beautifully. The service was impeccable, like actually served from the left perfect, checked on us frequently, actually knew their wine list, we never felt rushed, manager makes his way to every table. I’m truly impressed.

We attended restaurant week and were pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was very much a French bistro. Daily free bites during happy hour are delicious. That day it was French bread, various cheeses, and olives. My entree was the star of the show. I had the crab souffle and ate every bite. I left thinking about when I could come back to eat it again. My raspberry souffle for dessert was disappointing but I tried my friend’s chocolate souffle and it was superb.

Being from out of town, we were looking for good places to eat, and Rise topped the list my wife was looking at online; it sure didn’t disappoint! It was a great mix of adventurous yet familiar, welcoming yet transcendent. I will say the other members of our family didn’t love the texture of soufflé, which they had never tried before, but I gladly finished theirs. Despite that, we decided to visit again the next day, and the pickier family members made better ordering decisions this time. For my part, I loved everything I tried, but my favorite was my Day 2 entre: the escargot soufflé. In addition to a beautiful presentation, it was a wonderfully balanced symphony of flavors and textures. Each piece of escargot was tucked inside a pocket of garlic butter and blanketed under a cloud of goat cheese foam with a drizzle of pesto on top. I’ve never seen or tasted a dish like it, and I do not exaggerate when I say I’ll remember it forever. Thank you, Rise, for an amazing experience!
