Today I placed an order with the store on 2645 SW 27 Ave. The order was marked as delivered it never was until 20 minutes after. I was going to go to store and the delivery lady (which was very nice) approached and I checked the order which clearly had instructions. The store doesn’t answer calls, I was in hood for 20 minutes) when she called the manager, Donovan Escobar. He was the NASTIEST manager I have ever encountered. I have worked in the food and service industry for years and I would never have spoken to anyone the way he did. I told him the order was wrong and he said to bad he has 140 orders and understaffed and there is nothing he can do but return the money. I said I wanted the order corrected and re-delivered and he said absolutely not. How is this a response a”manager” gives a customer? This is who is representing your company! He needs customer service training at the minimum! My order was left wrong and I was still charged. This is unacceptable! Don’t bother with this store. Pizza Hut is down the street and they are very pleasant

I’ve been holding on the phone to let them know that i ordered 4 pizzas that i will pick up at 8:15pm is right now 6:45pm and I’ve been holding for the past 1 hour and 20 min..this is ridiculous. when i go to pick up the 4 pizzas they better be hot and fresh cus this is so disrespectful not mention that when i called and the operator transfer me to let the store know about picking up at 8:15pm they answered after a few min. so fast to say hold on it did not give me a chance to even say hi. absolutely disrespectful. ive hold this long just to see if by any chance they actually do answer ever unbelievable…

Worst customer service I have ever seen. They send the wrong order and never pick up the phones when I call. That means some one ele also received the wrong order. I’ve been seeing the other reviews and they are just very bad. I guess upper management doesn’t care.then you call their customer service line, they said they can’t help you, that they are only there to take orders. Go figure, I’m jumping to another pizza delivery .

1.5 hour total wait time for 2 pizzas. Ordered online, said it was done and when I got there, they hadn’t even started the pizza. Many others in the lobby upset with the understaffed crew who didn’t get their deliveries or hadn’t made the order.

Family member ordered a pizza that was brought to his car. He took one slice in the car and realized the mushrooms, that he ordered, and paid for, were missing. He went back inside spoke to the manager, Jessica Ramirez, who told him “there is nothing I can do about it since a slice is gone. I can give you some mushrooms to put on the top.” He asked her if I had brought the pizza back and had not taken a slice, what would you have done with it? You can’t sell it to anyone else? She told him she could. She did not credit him for the mushrooms. She refused to make a new pizza. Unbelievable. Stay away. You could be getting someone’s returned pizza!

This is a great Domino’s. Not only do they the friendliest staff and the menu (and prices) that we all know and love, it’s a sit down restaurant! Brand new, modern, and clean, it has a sitting area and they even have a cool interactive “DOUGH SHOW” station for kids to see how pizzas are made, and a chalk wall for people to draw (check out the photos). You also have a screen that lets you know the status of your order.
