I used to be a huge fan of Zaxby’s. They mostly still hold up. The fries and toast were as I remember, but the chicken felt a little less tender than I remember. Could possibly have just been the certain batch o got.

They charged me 11 bucks for a salad with fried chicken–it was a big pile of lettuce with just a tiny bit of chicken sprinkled on it. After eating the few bites of chicken, I’m left with the big pile of lettuce. I’m sure they measure the amount, so it wasn’t “just a mistake”. Zaxby’s has gone down the rabbit hole of greed. I doubt they’ll be back, so I won’t be back, either!

Despite leaving out the side of Zaxville Sauce for my order, Cortney has a wonderful crew in place for both morning and night shifts. My son loved the white cheddar bites that accompanied his chicken fingers plate as I thought the honey and bacon Shazam sandwich was better than expected. It was my son’s 1st meal from there which I know left a good impression on him, especially with the wider range of food choices compared to the Cain’s in the area.

Great group of employees. Food is always correct (and hot!) The 3 stars is for Zaxby’s as a whole. In the last decade, they’ve gone so incredibly downhill with food quality. Everything taste so frozen.
