Horrible experience. Have been here before and never have dealt with this issue. First of all I was told to wait in a parking spot for my food, which is fine considering I’ve done this before at Wendys and other places. The only reason this bothered me is because I had to wait longer only to be served a raw piece of chicken on my breakfast croissant. Unfortunately ate a piece before I noticed the inside was raw and am feeling sick now.

Fast service. Good value. $6 bag. Great taste. But someone needs to be checking the restroom more often. Management seems challenged in dealing with mechanical issues. Entry door doesn’t close. Door handle loose (for months). Paper towel dispenser out of order in Men’s Room.

We ordered a baconator meal, a few frosties, and garlic fries. However, we never received our side of garlic fries and my regular fries weren’t even salted! We were also never given a receipt or even asked if we wanted one.

Rude staff/management. I asked for some hot sauce for the chili and the Manager who was giving me my food pointed to the pop dispenser. There wasn’t even a space for anything other then lids or straws. I went back to the counter only to be ignored for several minutes. The staff saw me but ignored me. When I tried to ask for the hot sauce again the manager yelled at me that they were BUSY! Well if you had given me what I asked for in the first place you wouldn’t have to be so rude to your customers! Then a second manager stepped in and tried to claim that nobody would have said to get the hot sauce by the drinks as they were kept behind the counter. You don’t need to lie to cover for a rude and incompetent coworker!

Just went through a little bit ago to get food on my lunch break nobody was inside as for customers one car in the drive-through ahead of me apparently was a friend of somebody that worked inside so they were laughing and giggling. Having a good time they drove to the window continue to have their fun as I said at the order screen for 15 minutes. Nobody took my order, and when I drove past order pick up window. Laughing her little carcass off put the car in the drive-through. Seems like they need an adult working there at night to babysit the kids.

Trash workers. They didn’t have change for a $10 bill? They told my son they didn’t have change but were willing to keep the extra money and he could have the food. Why not offer him more food for the money? Instead try to keep the extra 3 dollars? Losers.

No spoons for my chili, no fries for 2 kids happy meal, no fries for a burger meal, no straw for drink and wrong dressing for my salad. Ordered ranch because I cant eat pommegranets. Pretty much my lunch sucked and now I have 2 screaming kids because they dont have fries.
