Sometimes you just want a really good burger and you aren’t going to find it at the cheap fast food places. These folks are specialists of burgers and it shows. By the time they have cooked and prepped your burger to order, you are ready to devour it as long as you don’t load up on the free peanuts!! The price has jumped quite a bit but the quality is surely there. I’d love to see them turn the music down a bit.

Just finished dining in at this establishment and had such a pleasant experience. One of the things that caught my attention specifically was how upbeat and communicative the staff was with each other. I especially loved the example the manager was setting by reaffirming and encouraging her team. I heard her say “you guys are doing a great job!” at least twice during our meal. Shortly after I overheard one of the cooks say “I love my job!” before going back to bobbing his head and singing along to the music. It was good to see and brought a smile to our faces. Anyways food was good too.

The staff at the Brunswick Five Guys are always super friendly and the burgers are great but..but…the fries are always soft, lukewarm, soggy and greasy. It’s such a shame. We have stopped ordering them even though they smell delicious every time we go in. Maybe it’s just a Five Guys recipe thing but the fries are really awful. If anyone reads this I hope you can improve the way you cook them. Thanks!

I never have problems at this 5 Guys. I have so many food allergies that I probably should just stay home, but 5 Guys always keep me safe. The only blip in this particular trip was that the guy who tried to help me at first was confused as to how to put the order in. As I said though, they are fast but thorough!
