Sat for 10 minutes after I finished my drink no refill and the waitress hasn’t even came to see if we wanted a box or asked us how the food was. Hasn’t even brought us our check either I had to go up to get it. Won’t be coming back.

After a terrible experience on 1/6 I will never come back and can’t recommend this place anymore. I used to go at least twice a week. I’ve never had a problem with the managers Mike or Dianne. I ordered online and it said in 25 minutes it’ll be ready. I wait and then head up at the correct time. The male server played games and had me pull up front to wait, after waiting 15 minutes I pull back in the drive thru and sit there for 10 more minutes, actually circled around again after a car was behind me and the male server told me to pull around. Waited an extra 25 minutes on top of the original 25 minute wait time. When I got the pizza and cinnamon sticks, the cinnamon sticks icing lid was already pulled off. The hand tossed pizza I always get was as thin as it could be, lukewarm and tasted weird, after eating it I felt sick as if someone altered the pizza and did what God only knows to it. It’s a shame you can’t trust food locations in a small town if someone doesn’t like you that’s working there for whatever petty reason.

We ordered a Big New Yorker and was thoroughly unimpressed. It said in the advertisement that it was double pepperoni and we were wondering on what, because it wasn’t our pizza. Very little sauce and the crust was so greasy, that we couldn’t hardly eat it. Very disappointed again with this store!

I got some amazing food! Ordered online with great specials offered. Food arrived earlier than expected so that was nice. The food was hot and fresh and the sodas were not flat which has been happening from quite a few different places recently. 5☆

I’m happy they’re back open for dine in! Training is definitely needed for the employees. We ordered several pizzas and one came out very overly cooked. It’s crazy they thought we’d be ok with that. Our server was nice but does need training. She said she has never done this type of work before. She could be much better with some help. We will eventually be back. Just hope that it’s better next time.

Should have went with our first impression, it smelled very bad. But we thought we would give it a chance anyway. It took a few minutes to be acknowledged and then we were told to sit where ever we wanted to even though the sign said please be wait to be sealed. The waitress came over to take our drink order and it took about ten minutes to get our drinks and then she took our order. We watched and listened for about 30 minutes as they answered the phone and were telling people that it would be 45 minutes for their delivery. Every delivery can’t be the same time. Three people came in for their orders and were told they would have to wait or come back. This place desperately needs more competent people or simply a member of management on site on Friday nights. The shorter girl was overwhelmed and rude! The other girl clearly wasn’t trained very well.

I used to love pizza hut wings. They were in my opinion the best in anna. The past 3 times I’ve ordered pizza and wings, the wings are burnt beyond recognition and the taste . To not be wasteful we eat them anyway however it is not an enjoyable time. Please pizza hut quit burning my favorite wings. The pizza is always good.
