I live in Durant, Oklahoma, and if you’ve ever eaten at the KFC here, you’ll understand when I say I’ve had bad experiences. I stopped in here while out of town working. I can honestly say this is by far the best KFC I’ve eaten at in a long time. First, the restaurant was very clean, even the restrooms. The food was hot and fresh. The restaurant needs to order sufficiently. They were out of my first choice. Made an alternate selection and paid. Then was called backup because they didn’t have that either. Made a third selection but was not offered a correction/ refund of the difference in the third selection versus the second. Plus the bathrooms were dirty and the restaurant as a whole needs a deep clean. It will be a long time before I consider returning.

One of our party travels by wheelchair, and its difficult to get into restaurants with double doors and only one escort to open them. The staff came over to open the doors so we could get inside more easily, which is above and beyond what I’d expect from a fast food joint. We ordered food that they were out of so it was prepared fresh, which takes time to do right (well worth the wait!) and the staff offered us a drink since it was going to take some time. I’m not from around Hugo myself but this is seriously the most caring employees I’ve ever seen at a KFC or any other fast food restaurant for that matter!

First off, our first choice, we were told be a 40 minute wait… so we Order a 12 peace meal, get home( an hour way) our order is not complete… no biscuits!!! My fiancé very upset after pay $40 & the order not complete..

The worst kfc in the country. I’ve been back mant times hoping it was just an employee issue. It happens. Nope it is the entire place. Not a facility I would ever go back to. No light at night for the menu, anyone at the window is all cracked out. Rude and doesn’t have a clue what’s going on…
