Picked up a catering order on Friday for 10:45am. Walked in told them the name, they looked like they had no idea about our order we had placed. 15 minutes later of watching them scramble around we got our food. We looked inside and one of the sauces leaked all over everything because there was a hole in the container. We never got tortillas, we had to ask for them. The portions were absolutely laughable because we were in such a rush WE offered to pay for more cheese, corn and chicken and the manager said “I’ll have to call and ask my boss, also I don’t know how to ring that in” after going back and forth we just finally left. We tried to be as nice as we could but over all, terrible customer service. The manager on duty was very polite other than that he didn’t help us get anymore food, even though we were willing to pay more which we shouldn’t have to begin with. After telling my friends, they all shared stories about how this location is terrible. I’ll definitely never be back we were extremely disappointed with everything. Someone tell me how this is enough food for 10 people ?!

What the hell is this. They don’t allow online orders to add special instructions so you can’t add a tortilla to a bowl and then you pay extra for chips and queso and there’s literally only an inch of chips in like a 13 inch bag. Stop being SO CHEAP. If you’re going to lower the amount of chips lower the price or learn to not skimp customers. Chipotle used to actually care about food quality. Now it’s become a known stereotype that you have to be in person and ask for more on every little item because all you guys do it grab little amounts as many times as you can. Cutting costs isn’t worth it when you lose all your customers in the long run.

Chipotle pales in comparison to Hothead Burrito in terms of the amount of different items one can add to their burrito. For instance, Hothead has lime juice, cilantro, and a plethora of various sauces to add, in addition to other things. Yet for some reason, I still prefer Chipotle. I think it’s just straight up the taste of the ingredients themselves. Chipotle is on of the few places that gets my taste buds watering just thinking about. Can’t wait until I go there next.

This location is so pathetic. Never have this l, never have that, lazy staff, always in the back talking or joking, messing up orders…. Like honestly there can’t be a more sad chipotle in the city. Would love to know who owns this location because they really should sell it. They clearly have no idea how to run a business. Only gave them 2 stars because at least they’re open during their proper business hours. Only compliment I can come up with.

Not much to share. Store hours state from 10:45am. Left along with several others at or before 11:00am. At least have the courtesy to come and tell us how long the wait may be. But from what everyone there was saying, this happens every day? Does Management know they are loosing customers daily?Everyone waiting looked to be on their lunch break from work. Very disappointing. I hope to see a response.

I ordered delivery and they forgot my chips. Their rice also didn’t have any cilantro in it. My request for extras in my bowl was also ignored. Unfortunately as this was a delivery order, I could not check it at the store. Chipotle has raised their prices and their quality control has gone way down. We order delivery at my job on occasion and typically at least 2 of 5 peoples items are incorrect. This is not a good chipotle in terms of quality or customer service. When chatting with the bot “Pepper,” it redirects me to the website to input my confirmation code which I followed. This redirects me back to Pepper and the conversation resets. The only way to resolve any issues from an online order is to continuously ask Pepper for a real person. The quality control at this specific location is horrible and trying to get anything resolved through Pepper is a nightmare. Not worth the hassle especially since Chipotle raised their prices and don’t even give you what you ordered.

I came to the review section to leave my review to warn others. However when I got here I realized I should’ve read the reviews myself before going to this location. I got there at 9pm & they close at 10. After waiting 20 minutes in line I was told they only have chicken & steak , no pico , no lettuce ,& no peppers. I received the skimpiest bowl ever. The menu also says that they have patron margaritas which ok , way to salvage this terrible visit. Only to find out the signs are wrong and they haven’t carried margaritas in over a year. I said all this to say just goto another location.
