$18 pizza looks like trash. Two slices are at most, 30% covered with cheese. Was supposed to be an extra cheese pizza. The cheese also very crumbly and honestly off. App failed to deliver entire order to store.

I don’t know who to blame for the website stating the location is open and get there the building is empty. They took my money and nobody would answer the phone to customer service. I kept calling and finally got a representative on the phone and this person was no help. I’m persistent when it comes to my money. I called back to speak to somebody else. This person at least apologized and gave me the number to corporate. They claim I should get a refund in a few days and they emailed me a coupon code for a free pizza. This was ridiculous watching people drive up waiting in the drive thru to an empty restaurant. I’m sure their money was taken too. This is just one of many disappointing experiences. I thought to keep giving them another chance and regret it every time. Pizza Hut really need to do better because this franchise is definitely not like it was when I was a kid. So disappointing. People don’t want to work these days so they need to just shut these franchises down. Invest in your own businesses and qualify people for the job not just fill in the positions to unappreciative individuals that apply. Create generational wealth because we all deserve better.

I ordered a diner box. The cheesesticks are under cooked (or maybe it has too much cheese, doughy texture). The pizza also looks pale and the cinnamon sticks are over cooked. Nothing taste right! I’ve never had this problem before.

I order at 1:00 to be picked up at 4:45 for a work function. When I arrived to pick it up it had not even been cooked yet and I got 3 different stories as to why it wasn’t done. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with this particular Pizza Hut however I wanted to give them another chance. I will not be ordering from them again.

Very disappointed in the quality and service recently. The past several orders small items have been missing or the food is incorrect or poorly made, but this time they didn’t bring an entire entree. Called customer service after waiting an hour for the original order, they informed me that it would be another hour wait just to get my pasta unless I went to pick it up. So I had to go out for carry out anyway, after I already paid for the delivery fee, and customer service informed me they could not refund me the delivery fee. So all in all, I paid someone else and ended up doing the job anyway. The delivery guy was nice, at least. But customer service was completely unhelpful. Save yourself the hassle and just do carryout, it’s cheaper anyway, and you won’t have to wait 2 hours for everyone to get their food.

I’ve ordered from this store 6 times in the last 5 months and I’ve only actually received 2 of those orders and the were the wrong orders. Ordered again today it took my 3 trys to get my pizza. 1st time the said my order was complete but it never arrived. I called the call center and they talked to the manager and on the second try only have of my order arrived. Then I called again to get mthe second half. After all that you’d think my pizza would be free now 4 hours after I enitially ordered. But no still had to pay for it

It took an hour and a half to get pizza that was special ordered by corporate customer service. Then it was wrong and had to be remade. I was standing in front of the counter. Not even a delivery. And, it was a random Wednesday night. No Superbowl, no holiday, not even a full moon. Jeez.

I ordered 2 pizzas back in March as I was tracking my order it stopped tracking, my order was sent to Doordash. Over an hour later I received a cold pizza out of the trunk of a delivery person. The box was damp and the pizza was soggy and cold. I reported it several times. As of today noone called or reimbursed my over 30.00 I called periodically to check and is told someone will email or call me. Unexceptable customer service

Do not order from this location . The service is horrible, order was never completed after 2 1/2 hours, called restaurant and got Indian call center and was told a refund would take almost a week . I would suggest reading older reviews , this has gone on for years. Very unprofessional. They should close this location.
