This use to be one of my favorite pizza places until I was charged a ridiculous amount of money for an incorrect order that they refused to fix or refund. The food was sloppily made and delivered. I was rudely talked to by the associate and management. I used to refer them to all the hotel guest but after today, I threw out all of their incorrectly priced menus and will no longer supporting this business.

Pizza Bolis on U street is our unit’s go to for a late night meal at work. The food is always fresh, tasty and delivered quickly. Although the pizza here is incredible, the teriyaki wings have become my personal favorite. Speaking of favorite, Harry is the absolute best! He is always in such great spirits when I order over the phone and makes sure the order is exactly what was requested (no matter how extensive the list may be). Shoutout to Ubaid for delivering all of our food! He is super nice as well. Will definitely be ordering again!

Kudos to this business. Honesty and ethics matter. I ordered a stromboli and fries late on 4th july. The driver arrived with the stromboli but no fries. The driver said it could be sent later or to call for a refund. ⁹I am from out of state so I assumed I would never see a refund of the fries. Enroute to my train, the next morning I received a call asking me how my refund could be processed. A pleasant surprise.

We waited for an hour and a half for our food. The restaurant gave the driver the wrong address, and when the food finally showed up it was cold and the pasta was the wrong dish.

As much as it hurts me, I’m only giving 1 star tonight. I tried being considerate of the delivery person by not having him to make change, because people were walking by. So this caused him be tipped a little less than I wanted him to. He gave me my food with a big nasty attitude, also didn’t say thank you. I also picked up the bills he dropped, although I’m on a cane, and he didn’t even appreciate that. I love, Pizza Boli, but tonight really turned me off! I’ll hold my complaint about the food. The service is what got me!

My favorite pizza place in the 202! My Autistic son who is very picky will only eat pizza and chicken wings from this location too! Highly recommended on my end and the prices are very reasonable!!
