I stopped coming because they were always out of bread. I take a chance again when the place was empty. No other customers. Alan took my order. My sub was missing bacon that came with it and the toppings I asked for but had toppings I DIDNT asked for. How?! Because instead of pausing the conversation he was having with another employee to make the customer a sub that they PAID for he barely looked at my order and made a random sub! No greeting when I walk in and nothing when I left. Terrible customer service. Terrible sub!

Worst location on the map. They need to get new management bad. Ordered a beach club and they forgot the meat! Then refused to refund me. Complete joke and the manager hung up on me multiple times when I demanded a refund. Who makes a sandwich with no meat? Avoid this place. Better location father down N.tarrant with competent staff.

So much for fast delivery. It took a hour and half to get our food and then when we got it the chips were missing. The cups smelled like someone’s body odor or some one purposely made them smell bad. The sandwiches were soggy from sitting for so long. It was disgusting. The only reason I gave them two stars is because the manager on duty was responsive to my inquiries and apologized for the level of service. She also gave me refund for the missing chips. I would not bother ordering from here. $50 wasted.

None of the add ins that I ordered were put on my sandwich – didn’t notice till I got home. It’s too late for me to go back and get it remade – sandwich is going in the trash, what a waste of money.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Employees are rude! Placed an order for delivery, never received it and spoke to an employee who assured it was delivered. Here I am looking outside my door and there’s no food. This is why you’re supposed to use your common sense and double check the unit number before you leave someone food at. Please enlighten your employees to the read numbers beside the door. Accept your mistakes and make changes instead of making the customer feel as if they’re wrong. If customers don’t place orders , you all don’t have jobs!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Wish I could leave ZERO stars. Worker behind the counter did not change gloves after handling money or answering the phone. She then got angry when I asked her to change her gloves. The service was incredibly slow. This was due to being short staffed, which most likely led to the low employee morale. Filed a complaint online and received an email saying stores are independently owned and they would reach out to the owner to contact me. Still no response after three weeks. Owner apparently doesn’t care. Avoid this store, unsanitary.

We placed a online order and when we got it home, there was nothing but lettuce in BOTH sandwiches.. Jimmy John’s made us drive all the way back up there a (20 min drive) so they could fix THEIR screwup! And then when we asked for a refund.. we were told NO.

Employees rude and unwelcoming. I walked in and the older woman at the register just stared at me. No “hello,” no “What can I get for you?,” nothing. It was really weird. I placed my order and had to confirm what size she selected, because again, she literally refused to talk to me.
