We had the opportunity to try “Beyond the Salt” while visiting a local b brewery. I can honestly say it was the best food truck burger I’ve ever had. I had the 8oz Waygu Burger. If you have the opportunity to try this truck take it! You won’t be disappointed!

Went to a brewery with my wife for our anniversary and we tried the waygu bacon burgers from beyond the salt. Holy Cow they were amazing! My wife said it was easily the best she ever had and I’m a burger guy and I really can’t remember the last burger I had that was as good as this one. You can tell they care about every ingredient. Fresh delicious made to order food, very friendly. I had a grilled chicken Caesar wrap and hand cut fries. It was hands down the best I’ve ever had. Ingredients were perfectly balanced. Very clean operation. I recommend finding this truck.

This food truck was at Continuum Distillery, and I wasn’t planning on eating food there. I was impressed with the menu and ordered the Wagyu bacon burger with Asiago. I cannot express how amazing and delicious this burger was. Wow, easily a top 2 burger of my lifetime! I can’t wait to try more from this food truck.

Beyond the salt truck came over and provided the food for a family members birthday party. The whole menu was a huge hit and everyone took multiple trips to order so they could try different things offered. Would absolutely use them again for any parties

Friendly staff; food amazing; pricey, but worth it! The blend of herbs and fresh ingredients is noticeable upon first bite! Support small businesses! Minority – black owned businesses!! Options are great!! Had the grain & salad bowl with chicken and one with salmon!! Amazing!
