Teens should not be allowed to work here. I called to complain that the wings I ordered were cold and out of the 18, probably 8 only had sauce on it. They were making excuses of how they couldn’t do it right and wouldn’t let me get a word in. Didn’t offer to fix the wings or refund and then hung up on me. I tried calling back because I spent money on this food, so I should be able to enjoy it and they wouldn’t answer. Very rude. I go to other locations and their wings are always better, fresh, hot, and actually has sauce on it. The employees here are just lazy and rude. Even my toddler child wanted to know where the sauce on her chicken was.

Workers are awesome and don’t get paid enough for what they deal with, and I would know I used to deal with it too. Quickest way to get food when you’re too depressed to cook, orders can come in under 40 minuets if you don’t order when they are busy, which is very useful because sometimes I only have about 40 minuets between jobs. would give 10 stars if I could. Only bad thing I can think of is they do forget to square cut a lot which can be frustrating when you are trying to feed more than 8 friends but it’s okay mistakes happen.

If I could I would give it 0/5 stars. I ordered my pizza at 6:05 and it was delivered at 8:00. It was being delivered for 27 minutes and was in the quality check for over 30 minutes. When we got it, it was cold and had mushrooms on it which I am allergic too! On top of that they forgot the drink I ordered. We called and complained to get a refund or free pizza and they said they would give us a $33 credit which we did not get. My disappointment is immeasurable, and my day is ruined.

Had a very pleasant interaction today with Alexander. I have worked next to this location for 2.5 years and am really never impressed by the enthusiasm of the service reps. (I get it food service sucks). Today I was greeted warmly, my order was put together quickly- NOTHING MISSING which is a regular occurrence with this location. I was also asked if I needed plates, napkins or utensils…. generally when I am actually asking for these things they are forgotten. Today they were offered to me! After working a long day and finally getting a lunch break it is just so refreshing to not have my interaction be bland and rude. Alexander is a rock star!
