I placed a order for just wings right. At 10 pm the store said ok it will be there in 30 min that great I said. Then 11 rolls around the store is closed and I have no food great. I call customer service and they tell me my order was canceled and that they supposedly tried to reach out. My phone was with me the whole time and nothing was even in my call log. Them not believing me customer service then says that they won’t do anything to about it. love horrible customer service from both the store and support. I would understand being that way if I was irate or cussing but I wasn’t. I was confused and didn’t understand why I wasn’t being atleast give idk something other then telling me to take it up with the store. Here I was thinking that is what customer service was for man was I wrong mabey somewhere else will appreciate their customers

I typically dont leave reviews unless I’m impressed. Just recently order my pizza, wings, and beverage and it was delicious! My pizza and wings were hot and my 2 liter soda was cold. delivery was smooth and the driver was nice. I’m unsure if they’re under new management but Pizza Hut in Parkville has not disappointed. Keep it up!

Would not recommend. Half of my order was not delivered. Rude staff when questioned. Two out of three times ordered were wrong or incomplete..Make the pizzas as ordered. One was right, one was not. Also it was more than an hour to be delivered. A little long compared to normal.

Refund my money!!! Did not receive what I ordered but was charged for it. The pizza I received was old,dry.(I think it was a no show pick up they pawned off on me) Ate one piece because I was hungry. Felt sick for hours. Never had this experience from this Hut before. Usually Great but this was Really bad. Went into the trash. Will be a long time before I order from PH again.

Order took 1.5 hours to be delivered. Once I called the location in my town, they claimed not to have the order, no record of the order nor my name and refused to look it up by order number. Called regional customer service, who then called the same store and miraculously the order was put out for delivery and took another 30 minutes to arrive and I only live in a 4 mile radius from the location. Absolutely the worst run, worst costumer service I have ever witnessed. SOMEONE from the regional office needs to look into this franchise in Parkville, Mo. If this is a goof business and a good representation of your company you should be ashamed
