I’m not gonna lie.. The workers are definitely a little prejudiced against AA, just an observation. Saw the difference in portions between AA and other races that were being served. No way my double chicken should look like a single chicken scoop. Attitudes from the cashier. Don’t waste your time or hard earned money, go to the brandywine location.

everytime I go here, it’s always really good! the food is great and the service is too! there’s always long lines but that’s because it’s really a great restaurant! some people don’t clean up after themselves but the workers are immediately at it!

Ordered 1 chicken and 1 veggie bowl. Once home, I saw that the server had put an “S” on the top, which stands for steak. I was charged at the steak price. There is a $1.75 difference in the prices. How many times were others mischarged. This can add up. Will definitely pay attention the next time.

The reason I gave 4 stars is because the servers were so skimpy with the food he even took one piece of steak and put it back in the pan and then asked if I wanted to pay extra I told him I just wanted him to put the right amount in the container. And if I wanted to pay extra it costs too much especially when you buying for more than one person.

This was the worst salad I have ever had. There were about 8 pieces of chicken. Three lettuce leaves. What kind of salad has no lettuce? Maybe they need to start weighting their food to ensure they are putting in the correct amount. Or it because I ordered it through Door dash. In any event I will never return.

Order salad bowl online around 7:20pm to pick up at 7:40pm, got there around 7:40pm and didn’t get my order until 8:10pm. People who came in after me to wait in the line got their food well before I did. I think that’s ridiculous. Either: 1. Chipotle.com should have update as to if the orders are backed up and/or 2. Have few more people than just one person to make the online orders. People paid for online orders already before picking up. The priority should be for those that paid for it first.

Do not order online!!! The order is never correct. The manager “Israel” is rude with no customer service. I had to return to the store after they delivered chips and guacamole only, completely forgetting our bowls. When I arrived the 1st thing they said was it wasn’t their fault. It was not the delivery persons fault Bc the tag clearly said 1 of 1, and bowls would not have fit in that small bag. They found my order on the shelf, re-bagged it and gave it to me. He refused to give me a refund, refused to give me fresh bowls, and was very rude. I paid for delivery and still had to go to the store.This is the worst customer service I’ve experienced in awhile!
