Whew… worst Taco Bell by far. The guy Adrian misheard our order, did not repeat back, and when it came out wrong we simply asked to fix the mistake and get the correct burrito supreme instead of taco supreme. The manager Miranda came out on a mission to tell us off. We had to buy another burrito which is fine but we’re told the refund for their mistake would take 3-7 business days. And when we asked for receipt proof a refund was even happening, she said she had to keep all receipts for that. We even asked for a scanned copy of the receipt. She said no. She didn’t issue that refund. She knows it, we know it. Just here in hopes the corporate office or GM sees that she is ripping customers off. It was $3. It’s not a big deal about how much. I promise, free food was not our goal. Just edible food.

I stopped in this location today. I got inside and there were 5 gentlemen waiting to order. We sat there and watched the employee for 10 minutes ignore us. Finally the 5 guys ordered one ticket and paid in cash. Finally my turn and the lady very rudely looked at me and said card only. I said I have cash she said then I can’t serve you. Card only. Long Grey haired lady who acts like she’s too damn good to wait on you should be fired. I went across the driveway to KFC and ate. The gentleman at ofc says he heard my story alot about this taco bell. Ridiculous

Done with taco bell!! 3 taco supremes had almost nothing on them, 2 enchiritos also had nothing unbelievable, was gonna have lunch and save tacos for dinner, but they were so skimpy that i ate all of it at once and am still hungry. Cant believe i spent $19 and am still hungry. Never again. Should have known when the bag was so light, i had to look inside to make sure it wasnt empty. Fubar!!

It’s 11:30 pm on July 16th and me and my friend came here and I ordered a grilled cheese burrito and not even half had steak in it. It was the same size of her dollar menu buritto. I also ordered 2 nacho cheese fries and got 1/3 filled cups of cheese for both.. my friend got a chulpoa and it was so hard (I kid you not) that she literally chipped her tooth on it… you know its bad when you have to call cooperate…on a fast food place…. absolutely unreal.

wouldn’t eat here again. the taco I got was so skimpy on meat, and the guy that took my order was just overall rude and said “what can i get you.” no “welcome to taco bell”, no “hi”, no nothing. completely rude, never again.
