This Panda Express would get zero stars if it were possible. Both the service and food were terrible. We went thru the drive thru and the speaker volume was so low that it was inaudible at times. When I told the person working the speaker that i couldn’t hear her, she spoke up loud enough but her tone of voice became irritable and then she reverted back to an inaudible volume. When i got the bag of food i checked it to make sure it was correct and then asked for chopsticks. Oh my goodness, when she handed me the chopsticks, that young lady was giving me the most hateful, angry glare.

I am usually mad when I ha e to wait 20 minutes at the drive through at this Panda Express location, but today I ordered the food through the App at home and went inside to pick up the food. There was a few cars waiting in the drive through so I’m not about to wait in line there. It took me three minutes to pick up the food and leave since I already paid for it through the App. Their food is tasty but I just wish they used a lot less oil as it is just too greasy!

I was coming from chemo and didn’t feel like cooking. Stop by this location hesitant because of not so good food in the past. Ordered fried rice and grilled chicken. Got home took one bite of rice and it was hard as the rice I got in Basic training POW camp. I took it back after calling someone who disputed my claim. After taking food back I was treated like a bum hustling for money. Told I would get a refund, I never got. I guess the girl in charge thinks my 10.54 was worth this bad review. I will never spend a penny there again. The orange chicken has sucked also. I would like for a real manager to respond. I still want my 10.54 BTW.

Removed two stars because every time I go there, they ask me to “round-up” and donate to charity. I have no interest in contributing money to Panda Express just so they can use it for their TAX WRITE OFF. Panda Express in Phoenix never asked me these questions and moreover people are donating to this charity thinking the money will get to people in need. If you want give back give money DIRECTLY to the charity website. These businesses never give accountability of their donations. Charity fraud is real. -Dear Panda Express: “Be consistent and STICK TO THE RESTAURANT BUSINESS.”

Store got the order wrong in drive thru. When we got correct order white rice was hard and food was cold. Took food back and manager argued that temperature was fine and refused to remake or provide a refund. Vey poor management. Manager needs to get trained that it’s the customer that right.

Deanna, “the person in charge” was very unprofessional and refused to make any new food at 9:40 (20 minutes before they closed) likely because her and the remainder of the staff decided that they wanted to go home “on time” tonight. I forgot to take pictures but they only had 5 options. Two of them being rice and chow-mein and after I respectfully asked, they refused to make any fresh dishes that typically on average take only 10 minutes to prepare, (we would have been glad to wait), she proceeded to tell me that if I wanted fresh food then I should have come earlier. How rude and distasteful. I think it goes without being said but obviously people with bad customer service skills should not be in charge.
