Went here looking for a good Italian sandwich and that’s what I found. The staff at the front were great. I ordered the Giorgio and it was a well put together sandwich with a good bread to meat ratio. I appreciate a harder roll for my sandwiches and the roll here was a little on the softer side bit still good and the roll held up to the sandwich. I will definitely come back.

Ford a quick sub. I would say it is ok. Doesn’t have that this was awesome I want to come back. Like some other sandwich places. The most annoying thing is the kiosk. The kiosk sits in direct sunlight. Tried to cove parts to see. This long number popped up after paying and then disappeared quickly. So no clue what the number was. No receipt got printed. When the person in side yelled out the number. Asking what is the sandwich was the only way to figure out if it was mine or someone else’s. Watching some others I wasn’t the only one having this issue.

Only did 3 stars due to pizza presentation. Appears to have been made in a hurry/ just thrown together. I was the only customer at that time so there should not have been no rush in making it. Staff was friendly & helpful. Will say the pizza was ok. At this moment can’t say if I would be back.

Never again. I have yet to receive a correct order from this place and I have tried it several times. Today I ordered a pepperoni pizza and meatball sub with extra meatballs for delivery. About an hour and a half later I received a cold cheese pizza that looked and tasted like school cafeteria pizza. The meatball sub was also cold and did not have extra meatballs. If you’re going to make bad food at least try to get the order correct and give me what I paid for.

Wao! This place is AMAZING! Normally I don’t bother to write reviews unless it is a horrible experience, but this little restaurant deserves the highest rating. They just opened not so long ago at the Mosaic District and this was my 7th visit to them. The restaurant itself is not big but it is beautifully decorated so it gives you a feeling that you are indeed in Italy. Their pizza is one of the best in the area but I also enjoyed their pastas and sandwiches plus you can purchase a few authentic Italian wines, pasta, spices etc. to take home and be your own chef. They have a very nice outdoor seating as well where you can enjoy your meal while listening to evergreen Italian songs playing. I highly recommend everyone tries this place but I also have to warn you that once you try it it is addictive!

The Italian Place is my go to food spot in Old Town. The food is exceptionally good and authentic. My favorite are the sandwiches and the selection is huge. The service is always quick and the workers are extremely nice and happy. I would 100% recommend The Italian Place.
