Menudo is outstanding. Probably the best in the county. However, I recommend ordering a small bowl because the serving size is the same as the large bowl. Atmosphere is very inviting. Bathrooms are clean and George Strait was playing on the radio.

This is a very beautiful restaurant. The hall back to the kitchen is outstanding. The service was great, the food was fantastic. The place was very clean. For two people we are for about 30 dollars from which is about normal these days so it’s price is within the economy standards. They also have some killer steaks and chicken fried steaks.

This was by far the worst Mexican food I’ve had in South Texas. The only good thing were the chips. The salsa, as you can see, was a can of tomatoes blended with a tiny amount of a pepper. We asked for queso for our chips and it was HORRIBLE. As you can see in the picture it is the cheapest Velveeta knock-off found, mixed with canned chili. That is NOT queso. The chili gravy on the cheese enchilada had absolutely no taste and it was flat because I couldn’t find any cheese inside of it. My crispy taco was pretty much empty. The flour tortilla wrapped in foil was burnt. When the waitress brought our food we asked for a few more chips and she brought a whole basket, and that was the last time we saw her. When we got to the counter to pay our bill the ticket had 1x chips $1.50. I asked why that was there, she said, “first basket is complimentary, and each after that is a dollar fifty. NEVER heard of this but we at least could’ve been told at the time of asking for them, NOT when we got the ticket. I would go to Taco Bell before eating at this place again!

The steak was very small and mostly gristle and they didnt have the shrimp that goes with the meal as stated in the menu. Not to many people.

Food is good, service is decent! .ost of the time they are attentive to what you need. The bad is when you go to check out. A $9.99 plate turns to 19.99. Cashier lady (owner I’m assuming) keeps pressing button after button and keeps adding and adding extras and your 9.99 ticket turns to 19.99. I don’t get it, but most Mexican Restaurants in Pleasanton do the same thing. It’s absurd, but choices are limited in this town!!

The inside of this place is beautiful and the chips are good. That’s really the only two positive things I can say. Otherwise the food is bland, the salsa taste like they just opened a can of tomatoes and poured it in a bowl. Honestly I think it was the worst Mexican food I’ve ever had. Save your money and go to Taco Bell (not even kidding wish I had).
