FUSIAN is amazing. The staff there were so friendly and fun, made our experience even more enjoyable. The food was really nice too. Tried to add mango in the roll and it tasted good. Will be back!

I love to make my own Sushi roll: tempura shrimp, tofu carrots, avocado, with spicy mayo, sweet soy and crunches. The Gyoza is really good too. The food is great, and so is the lavender lemonade.

If you like hair wrapped up in your roll, go to Fusian. Came home to find this hair intertwined in the roll (so it’s definitely not mine). This isn’t the first time I’ve witnessed poor hygiene practices at Fusian. I’ve previously seen them take people’s money/credit cards with the same gloves on that they make rolls with. Hope they do better, but based on what I’ve seen, it doesn’t seem like it’s a priority.

I ordered a roll through the Fusian app and failed to add a condiment that we like. I had to drive to the restaurant to get it. The man who waited on me was so nice. My 8yr old grandson said I need to leave a 5-star review. Thank you for the friendly interaction!!!

Took my son in for his birthday & it was my first time in & not his. I was pleasantly surprised. I really enjoy it. Drink selection was different & a nice change from ordinary drinks to choose from.

Tasty and quick Asian fare made right there in front of you. Shareable size poke bowls, sushi rolls and salads. And don’t sleep on their juices. Super refreshing mango mint is my suggestion.

Don’t Try The Ramen!!! Ordered the Tonkatsu Ramen on its seasonal menu and had one of my worst Ramen experience ever. To be fair, the restaurant looks nice and is a in a great location of Easton. Just the Ramen itself is so disappointing. The noodle was made already before the ordering, so the staff just add Tonkatsu soup on top of the cold noodle. The soup flavor has nothing to do with Tonkatsu aka pork broth and I can tell the soup is from some powder, not a bone broth. Then the staff seems not trained to make this Ramen as a gentleman has no idea what ingredients should be added to the Ramen. A lady helped him as they have a cheat sheet in front of them. Finally, they assembled the Ramen and just like the picture. It costs $14.5 and taste like a hot and sour soup noodle. To be honest, the Tonkatsu Instant Ramen from Costco (literally next door) tastes better. The pork chashu tastes as hard as rock and has nothing close to tender. The portion of this Ramen is very much like a French fine dining. I won’t call this a Tonkatsu Ramen and they have so much room to improve before they charge that price. Make sure your team is well trained before adding some cool new item to your menu, otherwise you are damaging your own reputation.

The food here is really good! I had a crab bowl with a kale and rice base and tons of different toppings and sauces. Great portion size for a reasonable price. We got recommended by people in the area to try this place and they were right. Tons of make your own options with many different protein choices. Very filling and tasteful lunch.

The sushi is fine, fairly bland and could use quite a bit more fine tuning. The coconut sticky rice is made with the same seasoned rice as the sushi so it has that underlying vinegar and “this belongs with fish” flavor. Pretty off putting.

I really liked this place. The people were friendly and my food was really good. It’s serves as a ‘create your own roll’ place. There are the typical rolls that are the norm, or you can choose your ingredients. Also, I was able to split my order and get two types of roll in one. I got a salad also. It seemed pretty fresh but I didn’t care for the dressing. There are different types of fountain drinks too. The pricing seemed normal to slightly high, but my roll was a good size. I can usually eat a lot of sushi but I was full after this one, which was nice. I liked this place and I would definitely return.
