We picked the rusty Mellon for the good reviews and that it was off the main drag but they did not live up to the reviews. The place was not clean with sticky tables and food all over the floor. The wait staff was not happy to be there. The food was definitely not made from scratch with bland pasta, fries and chicken strips you get as any Cisco staple. The worst part was waiting for the restroom on our way out and finding our waitress leave without apparently washing her hands. The mens room was a disaster as well. We definitely would have found another place to eat if we knew what this place was really like.

Delicious comfort food, but the place is quite dirty and the serving staff can be very inattentive. Our server brought us the wrong item the first time, and she put on an attitude when we pointed this out. Would only go again for take-out.

I have normally loved Rusty Melon people and it’s food. However today was a horrible experience, we ordered food came ok; however water tasted very metallic. When I complained the server who identified herself as the manager smiled and said she did not taste any thing bad and as she walked away she shook her head in disbelief as if we are two idiots who are making stuff up. Total disregard and disrespect. We were nice about it but you were not.
