Wrong order and I told the guy that took my order 5 times. No sauce pizza. Got home had extra sauce to the point it was soggy I threw it out. I think he was out of it. He put it under the wrong name and when I called back to complain his response was I will tell my manager to give you a free pizza next time. I come here often and have had a good experience, but after this time I want be back.

This Papa John’s (Main street) never disappoints! Last night we place an online delivery order, it did take longer then the time permitted, but the good side was, they acknowledged that with out us (as a valued customer) having to bring up the issue and sent us a coupon for next time we order. Our food was still fresh, hot and delivery driver was nice and professional! Thank you guys! Keep up the good work! We will always be back.

My wife ordered a pizza and a papadia. 45 minutes later the driver pulled up and told me that they had the wrong order. I called Papa John’s and was told that they would be bringing the right order when the driver returned. Nothing was offered to make up for it. They were going to send pizza that had been sitting in the warmer. No longer fresh. We canceled the order. I do not recommend.

“we do not take these issues lightly…” yeah right. I got that email on July 8th. It’s 7/13 and still not a word. This location is an absolute joke. Please do yourself a favor and order from another restaurant. This is the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They were rude to me when I called at 20mins late. They were even worse when my gf called at 40mins late. When the delivery driver finally got there, the way he was holding the bag had my pizza boxes at an extremely high angle. I saw this and figured my pizzas were ruined. But it was my lucky day. The pizzas were so old and cold, it all slid back right into place with no issues. If it wouldn’t have been near 10pm when we finally got the food I would have taken it back. Get it together! Or should we start taking bets now on if this location will make it till 2020. Extremely disappointed with this establishment.

My fiancé order a pizza from this location. He went picked it up, when he got home, he noticed that the pizza was wrong. We couldn’t return the pizza because we both had to work early in the morning and the place was across town. My fiancé called the store to let them know what was wrong with pizza.. The woman answered phone took his name and address and she said the next time we order we get a free pizza. Later on in the week we ordered another pizza but when we went to pick the pizza they said that have no record of him calling and we had to pay the pizza. I told her that I wanted to speak to the manager and she that she wasn’t there. She said that she would be back on Monday. I called the customer service and filed a complaint. The manager was supposed to reach out to my fiancé but he never received a phone call.
