I wouldn’t recommend eating or going to this location. No one else in the lobby but still waited 40 minutes to get two sandwiches and fries, and the fries were cold. Sandwich was made wrong and forgot sauces in our order- when I asked for the sauces the lady said “next time put that in your order” and I said “it was in the order” but she still responds with “okay but next time” with an attitude. And she forgets to even grab me the sauce so I stand there for another 5 minutes waiting till she gets me it. I work in food service too so I understand understaffing and such but don’t be rude to the customers. And make your food right

Food was good, I ordered thru a 3rd party app and they failed to get it to the store. The Manager worked really hard to make sure we got our food without paying twice. Will definitely be back!

As someone who knows someone who is working at this resturant, do not go here. Recently, their fridge froze all of their produce, ruining it completely, and what happened? The manager of the store was fired after she started throwing the ruined food away. Food there never gets thrown away, even having Buffalo chicken mix being made on the 5th and being fully used up on the 19th! That is 2 weeks of it being in the fridge, looking like slime. Instead of training a new manager for the location, they brought the one from another location, who is rumored to have lived in the resturant since deodorant, shampoo, conditioner, and a week’s amount of clothing was found at the location. This isn’t the fault of anyone at the location, but the district manager over multiple locations near here. I believe her name is Lacy. If anyone gets a bad bite while going, it’s her fault for letting her stores get as bad as they are.

Had the worst experience ever in ankeny location. Placed an order for sandwich and waited 15 minutes only to find out my order didn’t go through. I was the only person in the restaurant and the employee saw me place my order but continued to clean tables and say nothing. Another customer came in and placed an order and got their sandwich within 5 minutes. I asked if my order went through and he said no. So asked why didn’t you tell me something you can see on your screen I’m the only one in here. His response was I thought you were just playing with your phone. Why would anyone just sit there in an empty restaurant without ordering anything and play with their phone. Worse experience ever. No wonder why this country is going downhill. Get some people working with common sense. Never recommend anyone go to this place.

The original franchisee sold off in 2020 and it’s a shame. This location and the waukee location are dirtier than a hobo’s backside. Not well kept at all. The men’s room soap dispenser was hanging off the wall and empty. All the fountain drinks were out and with no warning. They’re always out of fries. The sandwich was good, but overall it’s a shame. Go somewhere else.

I came to try the Mtn Dew vibe which they were out of, they didn’t have ice either. They wouldn’t take cash. They don’t have cashiers they have 3 kiosks 1 of the kiosks was broken. Service was also slower than average for a sandwich place especially considering they weren’t also cashiers like many places. The food was fine but not as good as most other sandwich shops. It wasn’t awful just disappointing.

We hadn’t had this in a while because all the ones around us closed. Sadly I understand why. Although the staff was on point, the food has fallen way short of how good it used to be. The Superior Sandwiches monicker under their name should be taken down as the food is just “ok” now. This will sadly be our last visit to a once awesome sandwich place.

Just average. Not great and not bad. 3 sandwiches, 3 drinks and 2 chips were 40$. That is high for a fast food sandwich that is average in taste. And still no fries … Just take those off the menu.
