This is now my second time giving a review for the same location, and it has progressively gotten worse. The food is terrible. I tried ordering here today after not ordering for a while in hopes it would have made a turn around from a prior visit. Boy was I wrong. The pita that I ordered, was so hard and the chicken so dry and tough it was absolutely inedible. The tacos were completely trash, not fresh, nor hot. I was the only person I’m line, I would have had no issue waiting on fresh food had I even been offered that option. Look at the photos, why would you give this to anyone? To make matters worse the person at the drive thru didn’t even offer a recipe, and no on at thus location is answering the phone.

I don’t know what going on at this location recently. Last weekend, we went to the drive thru around 10pm, two cars were ahead of us. When we got to the order box, we waited over 5 minutes without anything being said to us, when someone came on and said, very bluntly, “We’re closed.” They didn’t bother saying anything after that. Last night, we were able to speak with someone in the drive thru, gave our order of a couple milkshakes, only to be told they had already cleaned the machine and it would be 30 mins for it to be back up again.

5/2/23- 17:30 My wife and I came inside to get a little food before going to see a movie. They had multiple employees in the back making food and chatting with one another but no one came to take our order. I’m in a wheelchair so I figured maybe they just couldn’t see me so once my wife came out of the bathroom after washing her hands we both stood there for a few more minutes. Many employees made eye contact with us so they definitely knew that we were there waiting to place an order, but no one ever came to take our order. We continued to wait for about 5 or 10 more minutes and then decided to go ahead and leave. I don’t know what’s going on with that location or if they just don’t like handicapped people, but it was very strange not getting any service and us standing in line for so long. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Tiny tacos!!! The staff here is so friendly. We’ve been annoying them in the drive thru and they tolerate us too well. I read some of the other reviews and I really wish people would be more patient with fast food employees. We usually have to pull up to wait for our order, but it never takes too long and the staff sends us off with a smile. I’ve never seen the drive through line long. I’m thankful for this location. one of the worst orders I’ve ever had today at the Jack in the Box at 7974 Grand Parkway in Richmond Tx. Tacos way to greasy and bacon cheese burger was so tough and old that it was uneatable-obviously old.
