1 guy taking orders. He tells me to go down to the other end to pickup my 2 coffees. Now, I’m thinking 1 of the 4 Gabby young ladies at the other end will give me my coffees; NOPE! The guy at the other end filled my order, brought them to me in a drink carrier along with 1 cup for another person. He takes the 3 cups of coffee out of the carrier and calls out for customers to get their coffee. Now, there was ONLY the 2 of us waiting for coffee. I grabbed a drink carrier and put my 2 cups of coffee back in a carrier to transport them to my car. Duh!

We got our food that was cold (lukewarm at best), the croissant was hard and dry (possibly older or overbaked) and, there was a hair in my sandwich that I pulled out so, i threw the rest out which was only after the 2nd or 3rd bite. Normally, this location isn’t bad but today, it was.
