The person who is working today with long hair At the register was incredibly disrespectful to me. As an Uber driver just trying to pick up my order. They left the bag just sitting on the counter with the food in it. After they cook the fries and told me the fries. Where the last item they had to Bag…. They continue to let the foods sit on the counter while they train another employee about taking chicken out of a freezer. And I politely ask them. Can I take the bag and go deliver the food? Since we were only waiting on the fries. And the guy working was incredibly disrespectful to me and treated me horribly. He tried to act like I was the one being rude. When all I’m trying to do is deliver hot food customers that are paying customers…. This kind of treatment to delivery drivers is unacceptable. There is 0 sense of urgency at this location every time I deliver for this place. It is excessive long, wait times people walk around like they’re either stoned or just simply don’t care about their job. I am really sick of it and I wish they would respect the customers food and the driver’s time. Please hire better staff.

Stopped in an ordered the Mango Habanero chicken sandwich. First, the most perfect bun I’ve ever seen on a fast food sandwich, where most seem to have been run over by a truck, wrinkled, kicked around, or start to fall apart about half way through eating the sandwich (see photo below). This bun was exceptional. Nice size sandwich for $5.49 (serving size I received was 252g – 8.9 oz), slightly bigger than Popeye’s chicken sandwich, slightly smaller than KFC’s. The fried chicken dipped in the sauce had the texture I associate with Chinese Orange Chicken, still a little crispy with the sauce on it, but not crunchy like a KFC or Carl’s Jr. chicken sandwich. The sauce had a nice heat to it, but the six or seven dill pickles were thin and soft, no crunch factor added. The chicken breast was gratifyingly larger than the bun, unlike the tiny piece of chicken on a Panera chicken sandwich where they gouge you for $12.

The order was ready on time, but the wings barely had any sauce. They were definitely rushed through the process due to the employees being hammered with orders and not having enough help. However, this is not the first time the food has come out to a lesser standard than other Wingstop locations I’ve been to. This location is very hit or miss with how much sauce you get or if the wings are fully covered. I’ve been to this location about 8 times, and 3 times the wings were fully covered.

I go to this Wingstop all the time and although the tables are usually dirty the wings are usually really well sauced. Today my order was very bland and unsatisfying. I’m an introvert so I don’t like going up to servers and asking for them to redo the order but in this case I honestly should have. The wings tasted like they had barely been sauced at all. Whoever did my order needs to be retrained on saucing Louisiana Rub flavored wings. I get that the Louisiana Rub flavor is a dry rub so it’s not exactly a “sauce” but these ones just looked oily and barely had the dry rub at all. Might be the last time I ever eat here honestly.

Well I’ve been meaning to try out Wingstops chicken Sammy’s, and I’m unfortunately pretty disappointed. I would say the chicken Sammy gets a 4 out of 10. It was subpar at best. IMO I would stick to their wings. Fries are reminiscent of five guys and pretty decent though!

Atmosphere was barely tolerable. One of the employees was yelling and talking about a trap house I could hear it from by the door. Also another employee went from touching food with gloves to then touching the trash bag (pushing it down) to then handling food with the same gloves again.
