Me and my four homies went to this amazing chipotle. We ate like kings and we are kings. The authentic Mexican food filled up our bellies and prepared for us for the upcoming car ride. The service was nice, if a bit hard to understand in the heat of the moment. The whole place was clean and the restrooms were nice and well stocked.

The girl with the glasses when making our food was rude, and gave us very small portions and when we asked for extra meat she got very irritated and glared at us. Never have had such a bad experience at Chipotle before, definitely was not worth the money, and tempted to walk out without the food. Very disappointed, haven’t been to Chipotle in months and this is the service I end up receiving

This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Didn’t have chips, trash spilling out of the Cans, gave almost no meat in burrito and just completely cold food. The staff seemed like they had no idea what they were doing and the manager seemed like she had no handle on what was going on. The food also made us food poisoning level sick (I’m guessing the food wasn’t up to health and safety temp standards of 160 degrees F). Our 1 year old just refused to eat it too after taking just one bite…he was smarter than us! Just a disaster of a place- don’t go there. Chipotle corporate needs to get a handle on this franchise location.

I ❤️ Chipotle. Their food is always consistently delicious no matter which location I visit. I never feel weighted down after eating Chipotle food. Its fresh, healthy, Mexican style food. This is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. This place has lost my wife and I’s business on several occasions – we’ve just walked out. Because they consistently do not have fajita veggies prepared. They say it’s because they don’t have enough staff to prep the veggies. But this has been going on for over a year now. Why do they still not have enough workers? We are vegan and vegetarian so the veggies are a huge component of our orders!! You go to chain places like Chipotle because you want to eat something where you know exactly what to expect. How is this restaurant supposed to be part of the chain if they do not have the same standards and ingredients as the others? It’s like going to In-N-Out and them telling you they are out of animal-style sauce because they didn’t have time to make it. We live in Grass Valley so we have to drive 20-30 minutes to get here, only to be disappointed a lot of the time. Most of the staff that work here are very unfriendly as well. Finally, you’d think since we are not able to get any veggies in our VEGGIE bowl, that they would at least comp the guac or some sofritas to make up for it. But nope, they won’t do that either!! The absolute worst!! Someone needs to come in and fix this place asap!!

I love chipotles but the Auburn store messes up my online order every time. Saturday I ordered 2 steak salads with all the fixings and dressing. My husbands was missing the cheese the fajita mix and the dressing, mine had maybe a quarter cup of green mix, no fajita mix and no dressing. I don’t recommend ordering their salads, order the burrito bowl and add your own lettuce. I went online and complained and they offered me 2 drinks. I drink water so there was not thrill in that.
