I been coming here for the past 3 years since it’s opening, and I have to say that I’m very glad to have this location so close to me. For the past 3 years I have yet to taste a bad batch of pizzas, so if you’re looking for a pizza place that consistently serves good pizza this is the place. Not to mention the good customer service they offer, along with the many T.V.s inside to keep you entertained for the time being. Overall good place and very convenient for football season!

Husband – the pizza was great as usual but I slipped and fell walking out of the bathroom and I had on my slip proof timberlands. Good thing I fell gracefully. The floor needs to be Swiffered better.

Jermiah was very very kind to me the moment I stepped in the building. He saw that I was missing my credit card at home and decided to come out of his own pockets to pay for my pizza. I can see just off of how he Carries himself he is a very respectful, hard working, and also! VERY FUNNY young man. Please. Give the hard working man a raise.

Don’t come here unless you got an hour n a half to wait on picking your pizza up. Jesus Christ. Had I paid, I would have gotten my refund, went killed some animals, made pepperoni, grown my own wheat/grain, harvested it, rolled it into flat dough, put everything on there and made my own pizza. Would have been done faster.

I called in my order well in advance. I was told it would be ready in 30mins. I showed up 40 mins later and after I paid, the cashier said” one second let me find it for you” After looking around and then walking to the back, (which I noticed him asking the lady in the back) he came back out and said” oh your order will be ready in 7 mins” I let him know that I did not have time to wait as I was on limited time due to my lunch break, that was why I called in my order. He very rudely replied” I said it will be ready in 7 mins” At this point I got irritated, not only because he was asking me to wait even longer but that he acted like it was my fault for being on a time schedule. I simply asked for a refund. They begrudgedly gave me my refund and I left. Not only did this make me late but I had to order Door Dash because I had to go back to work. On a side note, I would not eat here in the future, their cabinets were filthy, disorganized and none of the employees were wearing masks. I’m not too caught up on the no masks but I think it is required for indoor spaces currently. Especially if you are serving food or preparing food. I’m not surprised, the entire staff there seemed High on Mary Jane. I could smell it on them. Find another mountain mikes, this one sucks.

Hayward Industrial location is by far the worst Mt. Mikes. I have ordered from here at least on five different occasions. All the times was below satisfactory. I tried several times hoping that it would get better. However it just seamed to get worse. From the service to the actual pizza. Who ever heard of a 1/4” thick sauce on a pizza. I love Mt. Mike’s but this location is terrible. I even happened to go by and seen a supervisor or manager smoking out in the front of the store. Terrible service. Bad pie’s.

Ordered 2×20″ pizza last night. Whoever delivered them left it outside by the front door and did not even ring the doorbell. I went outside to check and saw the neighborhood stray cats enjoying them. There was no point in complaining, since I already had a ‘discussion’ with Dominick during ordering.
