Customer service is lacking. Lately, none of the batista can smile, say hi or act like they even care that you’re visiting their business. Filled up a punch card for a free drink and tried to use it only to be told I couldn’t use it for a 32 oz. drink. Generally I get drinks here 1 to 3 times a week but I think it’s time to find somewhere else to spend my money.

Coffee is the best I have ever tried, but breakfast was a total disappointment we ordered 2 bagels one waffle and a breakfast sandwich only people waiting for food it took 45 minutes by the time we got it it was all cold
