Tried this place for lunch on Saturday. Been really craving a burger and this was on our want to try list. We liked the burgers. My husband ordered the jalapeño ranch chicken burger and I ordered the Texas BBQ with beyond meat patty. The burgers was really good. We really wanted to try the crispy onion bites ( called shark teeth) but they didn’t have it at that time. Not sure why. The reason I am giving only 3 stars though is because they charge you a whopping 3 dollars for substituting a veggie patty. I have no idea why you would charge me for that. I can understand if you charge if I want two pattys but I feel it very unreasonable to charge for substitution.

Wish it was closer, as we live in Manor. Solid Burger and Fries severed by some super friendly people. Burger was a bit crumbly, but that’s a sign they don’t over work the meat before putting it on the flat top to give a crispy sear. It’s on the radar for when we travel that way.

Fresh ingredients, well cooked and flavorful meat in the burger. Love when grilled jalapeños are offered, that’s always a win in my book. Chicken bites weren’t as good as the gas station location, but the burger was a lot better. Tots were tots. Fries are lightly breaded and pretty solid.

First time here and service is not good. 2 teen girls in the front not saying a word. I mentioned it was my first time here and they stood there. After pulling teeth, I finally got ONE recommendation from them. Eep. They yelled my name at the counter and I came up and was surprised everything was in bags when I was planning to dine in. I looked around and it looks like they do this to every order. Yikes. Food was good but would I come back? Not sure.

By far this is the best hamburger in the city. I know, you’ve probably never heard of sharks burger and if you did you heard it started in a gas station. But from the moment you see the premium bun and realize it’s not smushed flat and wrinkled and has a really good texture to when you look at the generous slabs of meat with the right portion of veggies if that’s your thing— then you will get it. This is the place. Good food, not hoity-toity – welcome to Texas. Order the fries, those too are fantastic.

Great, local burger place here at a reasonable price. The fries are great and they give you plenty. The burgers are very flavorful and filling. I’ll point out that unless you are getting a Jr Sharks burger you are getting 2 patties in your burger. It’s a great change of pace these days to have staff that have always been very quick to address our presence (much appreciated), helpful, and friendly. BTW, the Sharks Philly is a great choice!

Ordered the Philly burger, came out hot, very tasty peppers and onions. Burger was greasy and messy to eat, but taste was all there. Got mine with a very generous helping if tots. Has comfortable indoor seating with fountain drinks including Coke Zero.

This is the second time I have been here. The food is really good, fresh and hot. The place seems to be a little dirty and the counter staff doesn’t say hello or thank you or really anything. The trash can was overflowing and the ketchup packs they had for use were wet and sticky. There was a very friendly older gentleman that came out and checked on everyone, he seemed to be the only one that noticed the TVs were off and the Trash was full. Will definitely be back due to food but could use some customer service training for counter staff.

Highly recommended. I had the Rise and Shine on Texas Toast. It hit the spot. Be prepared to eat. Bigger than I expected. The staff, Zach and Noah were great. Zach went above and beyond and made sure I knew the burger was fresh off the grill and hot so be careful. He even checked on me to make sure how the food was. Exceptional service. I will be back.
