I asked if food was made fresh to order and was told yes. Not surprisingly, they LIED! The grill was being cleaned the WHOLE TIME I was there, yet I watched as a sandwich was loaded into a box. And, fries were scooped out of a basket and not cooked fresh! Got home to soggy bread and raw onions. Felt as though I was being charged for each ice cube and grain of salt! Cannot believe you charge EXTRA for fry sauce! Talk about a major disappointment! I would not have given any stars but you have to give them to post.

Absolutely terrible experience. We had questions about the food, the employee answered our questions and then ordered the food for us (without us ordering). We were just curious about the food and then felt obligated to get it since it was being prepared.

I was really disappointed with my experience. The price was really steep for very bland and small cheesesteaks. The fries were barely even seasoned as well. They need to up their seasoning game across the board and give me more in order to have a sandwich that stacks up to the other grades in the area like the Italian place and Jersey Mike’s.

The service was Great, Morgan was awesome greeted with a charming smile and tone, however the food was really really bad. It’s not a cheesesteak. It’s more like chunks of steak with 4 pounds of cheese that they throw on a bun and heat up in a microwave until the cheese finally melts. They have no grill, they don’t appear to do any cooking on the spot, just take Luke warm meat, throw some cheese on it, and melt it in the microwave. I took one bite and couldn’t make myself eat another bite of the overpriced, $15 glob of microwaved lard.

The food was exactly as we ordered it. The food tasted good and the fries were tasty. Overall it was a pretty good experience. I especially liked when I ordered a drink they asked how much ice I wanted, this has never happened before in my life. The only thing I might complain about was the price. It seemed a bit pricey for what you get.

I got an old school cheese steak. Nice salty melty cheese wiz and sweet onions. The meat was overcooked though, quite dry. Good sandwich and would recommend but would say, tell them to take the meat off the grill earlier.
