Pizza was delicious. The second best pizza I have ever had! I got the 5 cheese and added pepperoni. The additional toppings were not expensive. Crust has a fantastic flavor as was cooked perfectly. Only negative is I wish the crust came off the parchment paper a bit easier.

Why this place isn’t busier is beyond me. I had originally planned on eating across the walk way at Hattie B’s but the line and wait was absolutely outrageous so i decided to try this place out and It was so good, the staff was extremely helpful as well as friendly. The pizza here is absolutely fantastic. I had the Nashville hot chicken pizza with a soft drink, absolutely incredible. The atmosphere is great, but I was shocked it was not busier.

I love the concept of making your own pizza. There are a few places in the DC area that do it but Slim and Husky’s was unique. The ingredient quality is great and the selection of toppings and sauces is awesome. There are two size options for the pies. You can select your sauce, protein, and load it up with veggies. You can add as much or as little as you’d like. This was one of the first times I’d seen smoked salmon as an option for a pizza topping. It was really good, just a but salty. I did like the added protein. Really good overall. Would love to come back to try different combinations of ingredients on the pies.

So fresh! Prepared when ordered so came out hot. So good. Everything was fresh. Music created a nice vibe. Ordering at kiosk definitely makes it easier and faster. No complaints. Highly recommend for a meal in Nashville.

Pizza was very good. I got the Nashville Hot Chicken Husky pizza and it was great. Just the right amount of spice and a ton of meat! The Tuesday special was only $12 and totally worth it. Garlic knots were just ok. Would definitely be back.
