We order 2 giants sandwich. One was #7 and the other was #4 was all wrong! I asked for NO Tomatoes, NO onions they covered the sandwich with Tomatoes and onions…. Italian seasoning on my sandwich didn’t ask for that. This was a turkey sandwich! The sandwich was nasty The girls working were on their phones rushing through making our sandwich and made them all wrong. That was waste of $36

They mess up our order every time. This time they put tomatoes, onions and mayo on the #9 Italian night club and forgot my chips. It’s the easiest sandwich on the menu: Capicola, Salami, Ham and Provolone. They always either mess up a sandwich or forget the chips or cookie. It’s not hard folks!

I have been to jimmy johns probably about 3 times in my entire life every time we have been our food has been on point! Even our specials that dont want this or add that. I just wanted to show how beautifully done our wraps were. The person taking our order was so nice and patient. She even gave us a box for our subs stacked,which i thought was very nice and much easier to carry,Our wraps were on top so the subs didnt smash them. Its hard to come by such care in the fast food service. The staff at this jimmy johns definatly takes some pride in their job and it shows, and as a customer who doesn’t go to fast food often it’s extremely appreciated.
