I got handed the wrong order twice, so I asked for a refund. They handed me my refund and didn’t say a word. They apparently cannot read orders and also have zero customer service skills. Not to mention I am very obviously pregnant so the whole time I got to wait around and watch everyone else in there eat. Not even an apology?!? Really?!? I’ll never stop there again.

I hate this place! I ordered a veggie whopper (just supposed to be a whopper with no meat) with only ketchup and no buns. They tried to charge me $4 for the sandwich which wasn’t very filling. It was practically just ketchup!! How absurd. As a paying customer, I am right. I brought the “sandwich” (more like a heap of ketchup) to the manager to see. The manager just said that the sandwich was made perfectly to order. A veggie whopper doesn’t come with meat (duh) and since I said only ketchup, they didn’t put any pickles tomatoes onions mayo or lettuce on. And I can’t eat the buns since I’m allergic to gluten so there was no buns she explained. But no buns meat or veggies is nothing I exclaimed! She apologized for any confusion and offered to make me a different sandwich. How rude. I looked at her blankly and left absolutely flabberghasted. I have never in ally years experienced anything as ridiculous as this.

We went through drive-thru made our order and we needed to do a seperate order and apperently they couldn’t do that. When can you not do a seperate order? So we moved up to the window and NOONE helped us. Even though there were 2-3 employees that looked at us and 2 at the register doing nothing looks like they were chatting ! We were waiting for awhile and no service. Very poor service ! Poor management, don’t even waste your time stopping ! If 0 stars was possible that’s the rating I would have set.

This is NOT about all Burger Kings, just this location. They have slow drive thru service, overcooked our “fresh”chicken nuggets, had us move ahead, gave us the wrong food that we gave to the correct car then they gave our food to another car and continued this pattern for 3 more cars. Forgot our ICEE’s. They constantly move people ahead to cut DT time down, We have waited for 30 minutes one time.

Employees need to pull their heads out of their rear ends and figure out how to work at a fast food restaurant. Not only did they give us the wrong food but they didn’t give us our change back. And then argued that they didn’t owe us any change when we gave them a 20$ for a 6$ bill. Bunch of morons.

I work down the road and every time I go here I get one of these two girls and they are incredibly rude. Hardly say a thing. Today I was in and on my way to the bathroom the girl hardly moved so I could get through but stood and stared at me while I tried to get around. This is the worst Burger king I’ve ever been to.

I live down the road and have been to this bk many times and it is The worst bk ever the food is never cooked right if you even get the right order the employees try to steal your Change without you noticing they are rude and Lie to your face I was in the holiday gas station that is connected and watch her pour a icee and give it to a customer then i went and ordered the same kind and she said the machine is broken if i had the power to I would close this location right away I am surprised they are still open
