Haven’t been to this place in years. I decided to take my family on Tue for “kids eat free.” I cannot remember walking into a place from hello to goodbye with a flawless experience. I mean perfect. The staff, the food, the service was all spot on. The managers walked the room and made sure every table was satisfied with their dining experience. Coming from a former server/bartender, I was completely impressed.

Most employees seemed uninterested in the guests including what I assume was the manager. No bartender at the bar. Very few customers and the wait for food was still really long which is surprising since the food was cold if cooked at all. Baked potato was microwaved because they forgot to add the cheese and bacon.

Horrible service, took an hour to get our salads. There was only 7 or 8 tables of people in there. When asked where the salads where they said cutting the lettuce. Manager was absolutely horrible all he did was sit out in back and smoke 15 cigs while his staff struggled in side. This place needs a new manager asap to whip the employees into shape. This could be a good place but with horrible management it’s gone down hill.

Ive been here twice in the past year only to have one miserable experience after another, first of all there were flies all over the table we were sat at and on the empty ones beside us. Each time I went the kitchen cooks were too busy blasting vulgar rap music to cook my steak medium rare, both times it came out practically raw and had to be sent back. The second time I went when the steak came back from the kitchen it was well done and completely charred. My wifes chicken salad was okay but they forgot half of the ingredients BOTH times. The staff was friendly but rather clumsy. I will not go back.
