We just went here for a birthday celebration for my dad and brother in law. This is my dad’s typical go to when it’s up to him but it was the first time we’ve had EK serve us drinks and everything. I need to applaud her – she made our family outing so enjoyable. She was so sweet and sang happy birthday even though we opted to not have the candle/cheesecake. Just very charismatic and saga is very lucky to have her as part of their team!

Great service, nice waiters. Most of the food we had was really good, but the tempura was more batter than chicken. We regret not doing the hibachi. Maybe next time!

Food was alright, should have tasted better for the price. The thing that really got me though was what they pulled with the check. We had a party of 7 and split the check between the two families. My family was $110, I paid and they brought the check back for me to add a tip. But when they brought it back the total was now ~$130. They had added the 18% gratuity on automatically, changed the total to include the gratuity, and then brought me my check back asking for me to add a tip based on the new total. They essentially tried to get me to double tip, and I would have if I hadn’t caught that the total changed when they brought the check back.

My credit card information was stolen from this place. My card was left there and I got a charge on it while it was at their store. I asked to speak to the manager after I was handed my card back and stated what happened and that I know nothing could be done but I wanted to let them know and he immediately started yelling at me and blaming me. I eventually walked out and he then followed me out of the restaurant to the parking lot screaming at me saying I couldn’t accuse him of anything and proceeded to scream “stupid little white girl” at me. He got in my face a couple times as well and demanded I stay there and wait for police. I’m shocked that a manager could’ve acted that atrociously.

This is a well run establishment. Good service very nice setting for dining. I did not particularly like the food. I did eat my dinner but I wouldn’t return. It is just personal preference I’ve had better food at a better price point.

Crab rangoon had hardly any stuffing. Broccoli appetizer had a weird flavor like they were soaking in old rancid water. Tuna cocktail was okay. Service was excellent.

Had a dietary restriction, was told to tell the chef, chef was told multiple times while starting to cook and he kept agreeing. Then proceeding to cook everything and serve after he tried to put on my plate I mentioned again the allergy. Finally they went in back to cook my food. My guests and I were never asked by the waiter for refill or order another drink until the end of meal. I asked for a cold sake on menu, he brought hot sake. I asked and pointed at menu which cold sake, he came back that they were out. I then asked what cold sake was available and he replied the only one is the hot sake served cold. I would not go to again.
