The fries we’re chewy an hella salty an wilted . The new chicken nuggets were dry . The mashed potato bowl was also salty an the nuggets kinda hard. I don’t recommend going there for those items. However! The sweet tea was amazing!

Was the only car in the drive through line and looked like there were only two people in the lobby. Still waited 15 minutes. The guy who brought out the food didn’t apologize or even speak at all. My husband ordered a three piece chicken meal and one of the pieces was tiny. Horrible experience. Won’t be back.

Went to KFC last night 6/24/23 tried to order something from the drive-through but the kid on the speaker seem to have an attention issue. Consistently kept talking to somebody else and then would say excuse me I didn’t hear you when I could clearly hear him talking to somebody else. This happens several times, I eventually realized it wasn’t gonna get any better. I just drove off. This place really needs to do better. If it’s not the bad food, it’s the poor service all around this place totally sucks now.

Waaay better than my last review. On Mothers day at noon they were swamped, & the place was full waiting on to go orders. I didn’t get a chance to tell the girl at the front how impressed I was. She & drive thru had it going on. Had to wait 15 minutes, but for once I got great chicken. And get the lemon bundt cake!

The manager wasn’t very professional at all. They ran out of extra crispy breasts and since I said no to regular they gave us 10 wings, 3 thighs, and 1 leg in the family meal. Seriously? You could have given a discount instead. Who am I going to feed with garbage bone wings? We’re done with this whole chain.

I really like the food here. With a dairy allergy, I am able to eat the chicken sandwich with no issues. But EVERY SINGLE TIME I go, my food is wrong. Usually I am missing something, fries, drinks, once even half of my chicken.

After 40 minutes of waiting and promises that our food will be out shortly we overhear them say that they just now put the chicken in the fryer. I could possibly understand part of this if it was busy but we were one of the only two orders in the entire lobby.

This place never has the order ready on time and when I come in there to pick up a delivery I think I am invisible. They do not acknowledge the door dashers and purposely sometimes do not get the orders ready on like they agreed to in their terms of service agreement with. I have blocked them and will not pick up any more food. Last time I went there it was 9:45 and they do not close till 10:30. They had their fryer shut off and was not cooking anything. I wound up losing a big order from there

Went to the store and placed my order. I was told that it was going to take five minutes to fill an eight piece bucket of chicken. At that time I paid for my meal and was asked to pull off the timing block to wait in line of three cars in front of me. I could tell you how many times they either got the order wrong or sold me old food. I love the original recipe but man I don’t know if I’ll be back
