The food is what you’d expect, which is good. My server was amazing. I gave the atmosphere one star because at 7am I can in and there was music playing in the dining area and the kitchen was playing loudly their own music. It was a cacophony of sound that wouldn’t be enjoyable any time of the day let alone the morning. I asked the server to manage that, and the kitchen only barely turned their music down. It did not make for an enjoyable experience while eating and since there are many other options for breakfast in the area, I will not be returning.

Food was good. But this was bad service, no hey I’m xyz name, no checking in on how things are going. And the food was a bit cold for not being busy, like why is the appetizer showing up after the main course??? Didn’t feel like I should come back, if it feels like the staff is hiding and not out with the Customers to make them feel WELCOMED to come back.

Took over 45 minutes to get the food, and it was cold unfortunately. Pancakes had been under the lamp for hours and broke apart trying to cut them. The single server tried her best, but the place is completely understaffed. Shame on the GM – staff your restaurant appropriately.

ZERO STARS. TERRIBLE SERVICE. First we wait 20 minutes for a table, they sit us the table is completely wet… our server ( Kelly I think, a big guy with a pony tail) takes 10 minutes to come grab our drinks order I say we are ready to order the food and starving, he says he can’t take our order because he’s helping another table. We wait another 5 minutes to finally order, while I’m saying my order he keeps saying “one second” cutting me off… what service is this? Ok, we get our drinks the fire alarm starts, after 7 minutes fireman show up… NO STAFF TALKED TO US, we kept asking to them “is everything ok? Should we leave?” After 25 minutes listening to the beeping sound of the fire alarm, me being pregnant, my two year old son and my husband, all of us starving but hoping our food was coming, we ask someone to check on our food, and this TERRIBLE server shows up and says “ Oh no, your food is not even started, they had to pause the kitchen because of the fire alarm”

Bad bad, music was horrible . I was listening to furgilicious, buttilicious music at 10:30 am eating my waffle and asked to lower the volume or put different music waitress said she had no control of the music . Then called manager said the same thing that the people dinning in can control the music . Music was so loud I couldn’t even talk with my family . Also told the cashier and he said that the music playlist was “surreal” bad costumer Service all around . Felt not acknowledging of my concern and complaints . No relaxing time for me today .
